Need advice about all ladies!

Okay, I am wondering
1. why do some PS want you to massage and some don't. what is the reasoning behind.
2. my breast augmentation is in like 6 weeks and my ps told me he thought i should have the anatomicals bc i am pretty asymetric and the right one has a higher fold and he thinks he can get them more symetrical by using the teardrop to get more volume. I hear all these horror stories of the anatomicals, flipping etc. am i just being neurotic,
3. He acted like if they deflate it's no big deal. does that happen alot?

Hmmm, good question. Well my PS did have me massage to keep the pocktes open that were created for the implants. No, not all dr.'s recommend that you do it, to each his own, techniques and what's best for your body/implants.

I'm not too well educated on the anitomicals as mine are round mods but I have heard of them rotating and if they're textured to NOT massage. I hope that someone else may be able to shed light on this for you as I don't know if I was any help at all.

Red face

It is so strange how so many Drs have such different pr4efferences and proceduresd when it comes to this stuff.. i think there is a lot of horror stories out there for all of it cause bad things so cometimes happen. but I think that % of the time it happens is far exxagerated! I think the bad experiences is only a small percent compared to the good. But of course the bad is talked about more and spread in stories... when you have good/great results there isn;t much to talk about, ya know?? well unless you are HERE of course! this place is awesome! I know there are girls here who have anatomicals... I have round myself... I do think massaging is important to keep the pocket open.. but with your concern of the flipping implant situation you heard stories about I understand your concern! I am sure some anatomical girls will post on this soon! Sorry I couldn't be of more help!

Hi, im having round textured unders and my ps told me im not to massage. Textured are designed to prevent CC so you are supposed to heal on to not around the implant, this is especially the case with anatomical, to prevent flipping in the pocket. I hope that makes sense.
