I have a general question for all you post op ladies...

If you had to go back and redo one thing...anything...or just slightly change something about the experience or change the doctor or location, etc...what would it be...I'm just curious to see what if anything you would change...I asked one of my gf's and she said her experience was so totally great she couldn't think of anything. I'm hoping I can say that too.

I'd go a bit bigger. Everything else has been wonderful. My recovery and healing has been great! Boobie greed is a tough thing to deal with sometimes, but for the most part, I love my new boobs!

I would go a little smaller, to a 32C instead of a 32D. But the actual experience-surgery, recovery, PS- was great and I wouldn't change anything along those lines.

Okay...so apparently size is definitely something to consider.....I keep thinking that I'm going to be happy with my final size or I may be going too big but it sounds like after you have the surgery and the "girls" become a part of you then they feel small just like the "pre-girls"....Sheesh...I know that size is one of the hardest decisions on this but man...this is turning into a mini break down over too big vs. too small and the problem is until I see them on me I don't know. Darn. So many choices.....I've done the rice test and that's been helpful and apparently according to others who did it fairly accurate.

it is definately the hardest part of the whole process. i think something to consider too is your personality. I am sort of a flamboyant, in your face, do crazy things with my hair and clothes, likes tattoos and piercings type of person. i only went with 500 b/c i THOUGHT a D was like huge! not b/c i was worried about who would notice, or making sure i still looked 'natural'. i don't really care who knows that mine are fake and it was never about making sure they looked like they could be my boobs. if i knew then that on me, a D wasn't super big, although my dh and bff say they are giant, if i knew that i could get away with alot more, than i would have for sure. so i think that should have something to do with size choices too. looking at who you are as a person.
i think the size you have chosen will be fab on you. it just seems like once they are on you, your whole perception of what is big changes.

Well, I'm a decent sized girl...5'11" and around 158 lbs. I'm in the process of losing around 8 more lbs. I want to look proportionate but like you don't really give to rips if anyone knows mine are fake or not. I'm fixing to be 30 years old, have two kids, been married for 10 years and you know what.....I don't care who knows.

your taller than me, but i'm no little thing. I think my boobs make me look soft and curvy and def. more proportionate than before. i know that if i could go back i would at least look at 600's. did you try anything bigger on? i am 32, married for 13 years with 3 kiddos. i breast fed my youngest for 2 years and so had lots of empty tissue. i still have lots extra! like my implants didn't fill out all i had so i a way it's good b/c they are nice and soft. but in another way, i would have preferred more firmness i think. no, at first i was like "i don't want anyone to know!' and now i am like, oh yah i got my boobs done last summer. to be honest, not many people noticed on their own. i was always stuffin my bra anyway. i don't know. i mean my boobs look great now, it's just in the back of my mind i think well if they look good now, wouldnt they look better just a little bigger?

I am changing a few things. I am a 36D and hoping for a smaller D or 36C. I am also switching to silicone.

Why small peepers? Don't feel right? don't feel in proprotion? Just curious...most people want to go bigger so I want to hear the opposite to this.

I breast fed my first one and then got so engorged with my second I have lost a lot of density. I'm a regular size B so I'm thinking the 450 -500 range should give me a D cup. Yikes...that sounds so big to me when I say it but I know lots of people with D's and you would never guess it.

I know I am in the minority here. I really just wanted to have a full C. I am a full D and it is just a little big for my taste. In my opinion a natural size looks the most attractive. I feel too big half of the time and ok the other half. I want to feel comfortable all the time.
Big boobs look great naked, but you spend most of your time clothed, and a lot of that time in public. My friend thinks her DD's make her look fat, and I have to say I agree.
I think it would be great if people saw us ba gals and thought, "Hum, she looks great I wonder if she has a boob job, I can't tell." Instead of "Holy crap, she has big fake boobs, they don't look good!" Looking just right is so important, doctors are so use to girls wanting to go bigger that I think they are recommending big sizes from the start.
Why do girls want to go bigger, I don't know. Maybe they think they don't look full and big like they wanted. Maybe they get use to how big they are and just think they look small. If I wonder how I look, I just look at natural girls and realize how big I am! It really just comes down to personal preference, do you like the big or natural look? Good Luck.

All my friends, family and co-workers knew...I told them! LOL I was so excited, I don't care who knew or knows now. I paid good money for these babies and me and my hubby love them, thats all that matters to me!

If I could have changed anything, I maybe would have gone just a little bit bigger but I still love my new girls very much and the face that they are so natural in appearance now.
