I am two weeks away from my big day and am really starting to panic that i am going to be too small. I continue to read about people who appear to be similar in size to me but the final result varies sooooooo much. Is there anyone out there who is similar in size too me that can help and let me know what their final results were??

I am currently 32AA, 156, 187cm (6.1') and am 29' around the ribs. I my PS has recomended that i get 350CC round Silicone unders to achieve a full C.

Hi stretch89, how do you carry your weight? Do you have broad shoulders?? You're extremely tall! I don't know if 350cc would be enough. I am 5'6", 160lbs (athletic). I got 375cc implants overfilled to 430cc. I have very broad shoulders. I don't know my rib cage size. Pre-op I was a 36B, I asked for a D+. I'm not sure I achieved that yet. BA was 12/28. I am curious what others will say about your size.

As heavy as i am, i am actually quite slight, my shoulders are just average.

hmm, would you be upset if you ended up with a small D? I'd say go a little larger, but I'd like to hear from someone closer to your stats.

I'm not 100% sure, but i think Mod... Being only two weeks away, how close up until the day of my Op do you think i would have to change my mind in size and shape?

Also, with regards to your question about going bigger to a small D, no i wouldnt mind, but any bigger than a D would be too much.

I would have to say go bigger, you are tall. I have 304cc and feel too small..I was a 32AAA and now a 32 small C wishing I were bigger.

I say go bigger. I was told by my PS that 400cc would get me a full C maybe baby d. I am only 130 lbs though. So if you get 350 you will prob be a medium c. or atleast thats what my surgeon says.

I think your ps might be right. I am 5'9 135 lbs with small shoulders and waist, was a 36B. I have 330 o/f to 400/410 saline. I am a 36D. I am changing to Silicone 340 to get more of a C. Our main difference is our starting amount, I had a little more, though it was mainly saggy skin. I think 350 is just the right amount, not too small, not too much. If you are worried about size with 350, ask for mod+ style, they project more.

hey there, I am also from Melbourne, had them done 7 weeks ago - although I was really scared about them looking to big because I was always sooooo small - 32AA also! I went with 375cc Over muscle silicone - They said its the biggest they could fit it me - but given the chance I would go bigger again to try & achieve a D - however I have still not been actually fitted & have not tried any proper garments on apart fromm the ugly bra they gave me post op..

I'm a little confused, I was a 10a, now have 260cc and fit well into a 10c, In several different bra brands. Some girls are saying that were an A cup had over 350cc and are now are a C cup, how does that work?

I dont get it either, I think it could really depend on how much tissue exists to begin with - I had literally none & have never had children so no excess skin either? It is a really hard process and when you look at images they also vary in how they appear dramatically even when they are the same size implant.

do low profile fill the area more or something?

Everyone's body is so different. There are so many things that determine size. The ribcage shape, measurement, how much breast tissue you have, weight, dimensions of the implant, BWD, etc. 350 cc's can be variable depending on the implant manufacturer and if it is mod, mod+ or HP. Mentors specs are different than Inamed. Saline specs are different than silicone. You just have to do your best to decide with the help of your PS and hope for the best, LOL!! I wish we could all have a crystal ball to see what we will look like in the end!!

im 5'10 about 130 lbs
i was as flat as can be i couldnt even fill out a 34A bra
i got 375 CC silicone overs and they now that the swelling is down they are a 34 mid C
i definetly wish i went bigger..and for the most part i think everyone does
and if u r getting unders r u definetly going to want more than 350 CC's if ur flat because unders hides the implant more than overs
if you want a full C and you are a flat A right now i would say go with 400CC
there is no worse feeling than i have now, one month post opt, reallllllly wishing i went bigger

You are really tall........I weigh alot more than you (basketball muscle my dad is 6 foot 8, we are not small people) after reading all the threads on here, I would opt to go bigger. I have debating and decided to go with a D.......I do not want booby greed! BUT ultimately you HAVE to be happy and comfortable with your decision!!! Good Luck!
