did it take you to get used to your new boobs after getting them and for them to feel like they are really a part of you?

It took me about a month and a half. I am a little over 2 months out now and I really don't think about them much any more. They feel like they are part of me now and not a foriegn object.

It really took me some time, I think just because it took me longer to heal. I think it was a few months. I can't even remeber not having them now.

At the moment you are more than likely feeling that they will " never " feel apart of you, I remember thinking the same. Everyone is different but it will happen. I have unders with a lift so maybe mine took or felt longer, but about 2 months for myself. Good luck.

I'm over 3mths of having my breast augmentation, had unders. Someday's I forget that they are there and other days I have these little reminders, called zingers or throbbing, numbing pain. I remember that strange feeling in the beginning, that felt like someone had literally cut you open and shoved something inside you, sorry if thats a little harsh.

I can't exactly remember when I started forgetting they were there, but I was used to them by a month out. I still experienced zingers sometimes, but for the most part I didn't notice anymore, and the morning boob was gone. Now, at almost three months out, I don't notice them at all. I feel like they're a part of me. I don't have zingers or weird pains anymore, either.

Two months here, and they're really starting to feel like they're a part of me ... like 85%.

I thought it would take forever for them to feel like they were really a part of me. I was pleasantly surprised when I felt like they were really me at just 2 weeks post op!!! The only time I remember that I had surgery is when I look in the mirror. Other than that I sleep the same as I used to (on my belly), drive the same, hold my children the same, workout, etc. I am soooooo happy with choosing to have a breast augmentation. It is funny that I actually FORGET at times that I ever had it done!

In general I feel like they are mine, and that happened right around 3 weeks. The morning boob stiffness kinda lessened up and that helped. I get uncomfortable and sore still when I don't wear a sports bra, and they start to feel like I'm stuffing my bra. |

Today (2 weeks post op) I was really busy, in the city at a career fair, racing around having a hectic day and it was the first day I didn't think about them and forgot they were there.
