Just get a really good sports bra. One that doesn't allow much bounce at all. I don't have the Enell, but I've heard it's a good one. I have a Shock Absorber. Supposed to eliminate most of the bounce. It is not a pretty bra. Not at all. Kinda ugly, actually, and makes the boobies very pointy. But I wear it every time I run! And my boobs barely move. It feels tight at first, but once you get used to it, it's so comfy! It costs around $50, but considering what I paid for my boobs, it is certainly worth it!

i'm a DD and very active at the gym. i can run and do sprints even, i work out my chest a lil too. no discomfort. ALTHOUGH when i run i get numbness and tingles in my boobs lol....which i think is just a bld flow problem at this point (i had the same things in my quads/knees after knee surgery until the vessels recoop!

DD here too (finally - haha!!). Like Slinky said, just get a good sports bra. I prefer "encapsulation" to "compression", and I use the Hind 'Nexus' and 'Motion Sensor' bras. The Nexus is for super-high impact and has a front zip. The Motion Sensor is for high impact and has a criss-cross back with a bra-type hook-band. Both are sized like bras with band & cup size. Good luck!!!

I have dd's and i wear the shock absorber bras. If you can find them in the US..They do hold ya in.. If you are at home just hold the girls. it will get better...It does look rather funny. Holding your boobs while running. But i did at 1st ..

I will start next wk but I am so nervous. Even just brisk walks have proven to be difficult and I get this strange burning sensation especially in the Rt. breast. I will go out and get this shock absorber bra. I hate to spend all that $$ but I have no choice. Argh...and I am not even a DD.

I actually went on my firts run today. I had to take it easy with some walking throw in, but it felt good to get out there. I am 6 wks po after BA/TT. It will probably take me a few weeks to get back to where I was. It wasn't my boobs, but my belly that gave me pain.

Hey guys, it was my first run today too. I cheated a little and went a couple days early and it went great. Woohoo. I wore my surgical bra and another sports bra overtop. The boobs feel great. The problem was more of my lung capacity. How quick we decondition.

I'm still running, and I wear the Enell sports bra. It's very expensive ($50-60) but think how much you spent on the surgery. That's how I think of it.
Anyway, you barely move at all in it- it's really really supportive. I do bounce a little bit in the top of the bra, because it doesn't cover my breasts entirely, but the rest of them doesn't move at all. (Not a good explanation, but I can't think of another way.) I really recommend giving that bra a try.

I have big boobies and I don't find that they get in the way of working out or running. Like the others have said, get a good sports bra. I also wear the shock absorber sports bras (VS use to carry them) and I LOVE them.
