Another D&F Q - Please Tell Me I Won't Stay This Big!!

I've been reading the D&F threads and I'm getting a little freaked out. I went with 339 mod+ implants and when I woke up, the first thing I thought was "omg these are ginormous." I was hopeful that they maybe are just swollen bc I am so very soon post op, but everyone keeps saying they will get bigger.

At 4 days post-op, I'm measuring almost a 6'' difference between my under-bust (27 and a bit) and bust (33) measurements.

Are these things going to get bigger? Did anyone have an experience where D&F made them a bit more of a reasonable size once swelling subsided?

Thanks in advance ladies

PreOp: very small 32B/30C......or so I thought, until I was bluntly informed at the surgeon's office I'm a very small A, if that!
PostOP: Hoping in the large C to small D range!
Ribcage = 25"
Current Size = 28FF (32DDD equivalent)

Things DO change from immediately post-op!

How do I know? I lost almost two inches off of my ribcage AND gained a cup size.
At 1 week post op, my ribcage was 26.5" due postoperative swelling
At 1 week post op I was a 28E (equivalent cup size to a 32D)
At 6 weeks post op I was a 28F (equivalent cup size to a 32DD)

Surgery: October 22, with Natrelle Style 15 mod+ 339 cc silicone (partial) unders

My avatar is me at two weeks post op (still hadn't dropped)

Hi Hon, Don't worry about the measurements now, you are still swollen from surgery. It will take a few months to get your true size. Also remember implants measure larger in a bra than natural breast tissue. So the size of the bra may be xyz but you will look smaller than the number.

If your PS said it is okay to use ice use it to help with the swelling.

Good luck and happy healing!!

Hi I agree with all this !!! All I will add is when your swelling goes down & you D&F most often the shape of your implants will change also. Pill bottles were tough for me also . Try putting your pills in baggies so you don't have to deal with the bottles anymore!!
Happy Healing & take good care xx
