I am going at the end of this month for a consultation for a BA, I would like for the implants to look as natural as possible what is the most natural looking type of implant there seems to be so many different choices. I am naturally an A cup and would like to be a full C small D and to have natural look and feel to them. If anyone has any advice please share there is so much information and seem to be so many different choices.

It would be impossible to say really. Just tell your PS what you're trying to achieve and he'll suggest the right implant for you. IMO though, HPs give more of a natural look.

natural
I agree, tell your PS and insist you come out as natural as possible. Probably that also means not too large. If you don't have the skin to support a larger implant I think you'll be tighter and more "ball" shaped.

Tina is right. Tell your PS what you are looking for. What works on one may not have the same results on another. Silicone, from what I understand, is a more natural feel, but Saline a more natural look. I have Saline unders and I think they look very natural. DH says they feel very natural. Those who have seen my group pics say mine are very natural.
Trust your PS. |

Since everyone's body is so different, there's no way to say for sure which will look most natural on you. Best thing to do is explain to your PS the look you are going for and let him/her choose how to achieve that look. Much will depend on how you look pre-BA. HTH!

I agree with hotmamaof4.
You'd just have to tell your PS the kind of look you wanna achieve. Also, I'd suggest getting some dream-boob pix & bring them with you at consultation if you can. Good luck ![]()

It all depends on the persons body type. I tend to think mod profiles look more realisitic on some people but I've also seen plenty of HP's that look real.

![]() i think if you have enough breast tissue you will always have a more natural shape than if you start with a small size. from pics i've seen, those who started with e.g. a "deflated B" have more natural looking implants than those who started with "firm A/B cups" - irrespective of implant shape and placement. good luck ![]() |

if you're starting with an A cup, the most natural would probably be moderate profile silicone. although, it seems you're looking for a big change so i don't know if moderate profile could give you that much of a cup size increase.
i initially wanted moderate profile, then when i actually tried them on i realized id definitely need either high profile or moderate plus profile. i went with mod+. i think that i wish the shape looked more natural, but i wish the size was bigger. so either way i think i would have been a little unhappy (if i went with high profile i'd like the size but hate the unnatural shape, with mod+ i like the size but am a little unhappy with unnatural shape, with moderate i would have liked the shape but thought they were way too small). that being said, i was EXTREMELY picky with how natural i wanted them to look, so my opinion on "natural/unnatural" is probably different than other girls.

I would agree with this. Although as the other posters said, a PS would be able to tell you what's right for your body type. There are plenty of women with saline, and with mod plus or high profile implants who look very natural as well.

IMO, I think the mods would give the most natural look and the smaller the size the more natural as well.
Personally I wanted the natural look as well and when I got it with my first ba, I realized I didn't mind the fake look after all. Just be sure you really know what you want and express that to your PS.

I was after the SUPER natural look as well. I wanted plain round mods at first, as they seem to have a less ball look than HP's (just from the ones I've seen on small girls). After my consult though, the PS said to def go with Mod+ as my ribcage was too small and the implants would have been in my armpits.
It's really hard to determine what kind of implant to go with without knowing your rib measurement I think. In just my case, my PS recommended smooth, round, silicone, and under the muscle for the MOST natural look and feel possible. Also, if you have thin tight skin, you might want to reconsider going to a D- as another lady said, the more strain you put on your skin, the more likely you are to have the round shape. Be sure to find a picture of some breasts you love to bring to your Plastic Surgeon. It will help give him a better idea of what you find beautiful and ideal. Good luck! |

I have not had my BA yet (doing it in July), but also have little breast tissue (32A, 34AA, 28.5" ribcage) and want a natural look. I've done the usual amount of obsessive research, and have concluded:
-saline and silicone round implants give you that Victoria's Secret half melon-glued-to-the-chest look, which appears to be very fashionable in the United States now. It is not so popular in Europe or Canada. -anatomical, teardrop cohesive gel implants, under the muscle, is the way I'm going. Seems to give a much more natural look, without the defined roundness in the upper portion of the breast. I live in Canada where teardrop cohesive gel implants were approved in 2006 but were widely in use off-label from about 2001. I understand you can get them in the U.S. if you get into a clinical trial. Check out my doctor's website, he seems to do a lot of smaller, under 300cc implants that look fabulous. He is the author of one of the original studies of co-gel implants: www.torontobreastimplant.com You will find many smaller, more natural looking co-gel implant before/after photos. I have cast a wide net for before/after photos all over the net, and, in general, have found nothing I like more than the much more natural looking surgeries done in my own back yard. But we'll see if I'm this convinced one I get my BA in July! ;-) |

I wanted natural looking boobs, and just assumed that would mean tear drop, at the consult i asked about them, he said it wasn't necessary for me, that HPs with a moderate amount of ccs, would achieve the same look, and he was right....i can get the fake look if i want with a push up bra, and unfortunately most pics i take with a flash scream out boob job, but the most important part, in the flesh, they look natural, different profiles for different looks for different women, see what your ps suggests x

Everyone is soo different, its really just what implant fits your body type. HPs are usually for smaller framed girls. I am on the larger side (I wear a 34-36 band, size 8-12) and moderate in allergan or mentor moderate plus fits my frame. My PS said he doesn't give anyone allergan low profile or mentor moderate profile bc it gives a pancake effect and has a higher rate of rupture. Implants really don't look fake if you go under the muscle! I have gone from a B to a D-DD...and NO ONE has noticed, at least not enough to say something, but if I was 25 lbs lighter, these suckers would l |
