Drink lots and lots of water! And if you haven't already, go through this checklist again and make sure everything is good: http://www.justbreastimplants.com/surgery/tipsheet.htm
Good luck and congrats!

Good luck to all of YOU! Mine was last week. EVERY DAY MAKES A DIFFERENCE in ur pain levels. i didnt believe the girls though but it's true. Day 3 and Day 3 are so different. Day 4 will be so much better etc!!

I didn't prepare enough for the pain I would be in, but apparently people dont have the same tolerance. Make sure someone is there to take care of you the ENTIRE first day and maybe second.

I didnt know it was gonna be so hard to take breaths and talk when I got my surgery, so expect that. Cupcake, hahaha you are gonna have some huge knockers. I was a 36B and got 350's and I'm a big D pushing DD hahahahha. It's so funny.
IN regular clothes you REALLY cant tell you got one done. It's good and bad cuz ur like WTF...I got them for a reason lol! hahaha

Yay! That's so exciting!

I just got mine last Friday. The best advice I can give is to make sure all of the things you'll need post-surgery are down to your level (toothbrush, face wash, etc.), make sure you have water bottles that are pre-opened and have all of your medications pre-opened. I'm sure you'll have someone there to help you the first couple of days, but it still helps a lot to have everything within your reach. Oh, and having a vibrating back massager would not hurt! There were several mornings when I woke up with some back pain due to sleeping propped up. I borrowed my grandma's vibrating back massager, which I sat with pressed into my back, and let me tell you the thing was AMAZING!

Like the above poster said, everyone has different pain tolerance levels. I personally did not go through much pain, just discomfort. On a scale of 1-10, I'd say my "pain" level was about a 5 or 6. Not bad at all, and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. Then again, I was pretty good at popping my pain pills the moment I started to feel anything, so I might have just had some amazing painkillers! Remember to eat when you take your medication and stay hydrated, especially the day-of and day after.

Try not to stress out too much, it's really not bad at all. Good luck, I'm sure you'll do amazing! Can't wait to hear your story once you make the cross over to boobie-ville!
