Woohoooo!! Got me a skinny stomach and big boobies!

Had my breast augmentation yesterday (and Ab Lipo). Day before yesterday they had called and told me they moved my procedure up an hour, from 11 to 10, which meant I needed to be there at 9. Since it's about 60 miles away, and traffic would be worse at that time, wasn't looking forward to it.

I set my alarm for 6am, but only slept about 3 hours. Was WAY too excited to sleep, felt like Christmas eve! hehe . . .cept I was waiting for the boobie fairy. At 6:52am, they called me and asked me to come in even EARLIER, because their first procedure of the day was a no show. Since it was going to take us an hour and a half to get there anyway, I told her we were almost ready, but it might not be any earlier that we could get there. Ended up getting there at 8:15, but still sat there for an hour! LOL

They took me back, took my pregnancy test, and started my IV (NOT pg! wooohoo LOL) Then, got to lay there for another hour while we waited on the doc. Boyfriend came back, and we got to talk and joke, so that was fun! hehe

About 10:15, doc came in and drew all over me, then the other doc (can't spell on pain meds! LOL) came in to give me the GOOD stuff. They wheeled me in to the OR, and put my arms out like a like the letter T, and that's the last thing I remember till recovery, where I heard . . . "Yvette, Yvette, Yvette, Yvette, Yvette, Yvette . . " LOL I did NOT want to wake up. They brought my boyfriend back, and gave me some crackers and water, and told me I couldn't leave till 3! (DAMN, it was already 3:00????) My boyfriend was VERY persistant, which helped, because I did NOT want to stay awake, and he REPEATEDLY had to tell me "Open your eyes Yvette!!" LOLL

Finally got to leave, and they wheeled me out. Traffic was a BITCH going home. Almost took us 2 hours. I swear, there was a wreck on EVERY highway we had to travel.

Been takin my pain meds every 4 hours, and my doc called me about 9pm last night to ask me how I was doing. What's weird is that I had the WORST pain in my HEAD behind my left eye. Migraine, sinus, whatever it was it was KILLING me worse that my chest. He told me to take 2 of my pain pills instead of just one, and did that at 10 and at 2. Feelin pretty good today as long as I don't MOVE! LOL Already took the binding off my stomach this morning, and it looks pretty good. Have 6 small incision points that aren't draining too much anymore. Still haven't seen my boobs yet, I'm SO impatient, but I'm gonna wait till my 2pm pill when I get up again. I've been getting up every 4 hours when I take my pill to atleast walk to the kitchen and back. Was up a little longer when my boyfriend was washing my stomach binding thing for me, and got a little light headed. I'm trying to eat something with every pill too, but just not hungry (grilled cheese, pudding cup, cheese stick, protein bar, popcicle). Also had some coffee this morning, and it was SOOOOO good. I think that's half the reason my head was hurtin SO bad last night, I had NO caffeine yesterday, and I'm an ADDICT!

Sooooo . . so far, so good. Burning, pressure, a little pain, but nothing I didn't plan on. Boyfriend just went to Walmart, cuz HE is sick (sore throat), and told him to get me one of those neck pillows (like from an airplane trip), because that's the hardest part . . sleeping propped up! My neck and my back are KILLING me! LOL

Oh yeah . . . they gave me 600 cc's!! HOLY MOLY!! Can't WAIT to see them! LOL I have an ace wrap on them, plus all the padding stuff, so it's hard to tell how they look. 4 more hours, and I can shower and take a peek! LOL Then the ace bandage is suppossed to go back on for the next 48 hours.

So, that's my update!! ;-)

Oh Yvette! I'm so sorry that I forgot to wish you luck before your big day! I'm glad that everything went alright though! Get lots of rest and take full advantage of those meds! I'm sure you already look fabulous!
