What is the difference between Cohesive Gel silicone implants and Gummy Bear? Are they both the same thing, just different terms used? Or is Gummy Bear even a newer generation of implant that has just derived on the market?

Gummy bears are the most cohesive of all the cohesive gels. They are a bit firmer than other silicone gel and they retain their shape in the upright position. Other cohesive gels are more of a Jell-O type consistency, whereas the gummy bears are more of a gummy bear consistency. The gummy bears have not yet been approved by the FDA so you need to be in a study to get them. They also only come in anatomical shape (at least for the US manufacturers).
