And, fwiw, my after care nurse wanted me to take it when I got out of surgery to "help relax the chest muscles", even though it's technically not a muscle relaxant.
So, don't worry, you haven't broken any of Dr. Kim's rules. Just don't take any more until after surgery and then talk to him about when you can start again at your post-up.
