I was searching breast implants and found this forum, so glad that I have tho, I'm finding out so much information that I did not know before. Therefore I think I'll be much more prepared when my breast augmentation comes.

I found it by entering it into a search about breast implants when I began my initial research. I used all the rest of the site repeatedly before ever even looking at the forum and joining. I feel this site is so informative and is truly a support group for breast augmentation ladies. Most of us have few people we can discuss our questions and concerns to being that it is a private matter and so many ladies just do not talk about it or are opposed to the idea. Thank you Nikki for such a wonderful site.

The first time I found JBI, I used it looking for board certified PS's in my area. The second time I found JBI, I was looking for info about spitting stitches and this great forum came up. Its been very helpful and I'm loving it here so far!

Same as most others i was googling breast augmentation & pictures and came across this site. Was amazed at all the info then I discovered one night there was also a forum on here!!!!!

I did a TON of research before my breast augmentation and found this website (amongst many, many others) through GOOGLE. This site was by far the friendliest and most knowledgable from all of them. I joined the forum and am now hooked despite grunts and groans from my DH. = ) Thank you for creating such an awesome place!
