How long did it take to get in for a consult?

Dr. Elizabeth Kinsley in Covington, LA. I called to book my consult and I think it took about two months to get in. I booked my surgery in September, but wanted a late December date so I don't know how much sooner I could have gone.

Well, they had one opening 2 weeks after my consult date, I booked it, but got scared and backed out. lol When I got the nerve again, I called Oct. 16 and their next opening was November 13, 2008.

Dr N. Carr, Vancouver Canada. I had my consault in Feb & took first appt in Sept.
He is so, so busy u gotta take it when ever u can get in!!

Dr. Trevisani; maitland, FL: I called and told them how I came to them the first time and wanted to get in for the consult. they got me in right away. they always work with my schedule and they were the same way the first time. I told them when I wanted to get in and they were able to do the surgery at my convinience too. and the first BA they got me in for my consult and did my surgery the same week! they are great there for working with everyone !

I got my consult within 5 days and my surgery within 6 weeks (I wanted to wait for Thanksgiving week so that my time off didn't look suspicious).

--> I called in May 2008 and they booked the consult for April 2009!!! I asked to be put on the wait list in case someone cancelled their appointment, I ended up getting my consult in August.. so 3 months.

3) Time you booked your surgery til the actual surgery date itself
--> 3 1/2 months

called on a wed.& was in the office that following Tuesday.

I booked the surgery date this past monday & my surgery is set for Jan. 23, 2009 and I already have my pre-op schedule date too! (The doctor's office & hospital seem to be on top of everything!)

Dr. Stoker. It took about 2 weeks from when I called to get in for a consult, but I think that was partly due to my schedule. I called about 3 weeks after my consult to book and could have gotten in 2 weeks later, but my schedule wouldn't allow it. So my surgery is about 5 weeks from when I called to book and about 2.5 months from when I called for the consult.
