How long did it take to get in for a consult?

I am so happy to write this I call today the office of Dr Tattelbaum and I have an appointement next Monday the 22nd!!!!i am so excited!!!

Dr. Michael J. Brown in Ashburn, VA. I got in for a consult the day after I called. They happen to have a cancellation.

How long you had to wait from the time you booked your surgery til the actual surgery date itself.

I could have done an earlier surgery date (2 weeks after consult). I didn't want to get them on/around Christmas Eve though. It'd be depressing if couldn't open my presents

So I pushed it to be a month after consult.

I got in to see Dr. Stevens the same week I called. I also saw Dr. Riolo in Fresno within days of calling. I haven't consulted with my favorite Doctor yet though - Dr. Pousti.

Dr. Bryan Whitlock, Tulsa OK. I booked my consult on October 1st and got in to see him on Oct 8th. I was VERY surprised that I got in that soon. breast augmentation was Nov 4th. So the whole process only took about a month.

andreious scrapeta (spelt compleatly wrong) burford medical.

could have had appointment withinj 3 days for intiall consult ( due to cancellation) but couldnt do short notice so had about a month wait.

had a 8 week wait after booking for actual surg i think that was perfect as it gave me more time to really think. wed may all want to do it asap but cooling off time can only be a good thing

I had arranged for time off work in January and I was calling them in August so I didn't really have to wait, I just had to pick a date for the consult (in September) and surgery (early January).

I called Dr.Grays office Friday Jan 2nd, I go see him next Wed the 8th...he specializes in TUBA and all I know about that way of surgery is its through the belly.

Dr. Mizgala in Metairie, Louisiana 2 weeks from the time I scheduled my consult til the actual consult itself. My mom knew my surgeon though.

Waited about 5 hours. Lucky for me, he had a cancellation that day and I could rearrange my schedule!

Dr. Greenberg, NY

I was able to get a consult appointment with him in 3 weeks. That was Aug 24th, 2008. I booked my surgery for 12/24 because I had to be smoke-free for 3 months prior to surgery and I wanted to give myself 2 weeks to quit. If I wasn't a smoker I could have had the surgery within a month of the consult as long as I got the mammogram and blood work done in time.

Dr. Gary Cox in Baton Rouge, Louisiana-Associates in plastic surgery.
I called 1 week and got in the next week for consultation.
My surgery followed 3 weeks later, but it could have been sooner. (my choice on date)
It all happened really quickly!

I don't know if I'm gonna be of much help because I'm from the Czech republic, but I just wanted to share

I chose Dr. Pavel Holusa in Brno and I called his office in May to get in for a consultation in September. My breast augmentation was in December but only because I booked it in May as well. Booking it after the consultation would mean boobies in March or April 09!

Crazy, I know, but he really is worth waiting.

My surgeon was Dr Glenn Murray in Perth, Western Australia. I had to wait a couple of weeks for Dr Murray to do his circuit to country towns. After I had the first appointment, I booked my surgery date which was about 2-3 months later because I had to fit it into my work schedule. I had to have at least 3 consults with my surgeon before the breast augmentation.

I actually would've needed to wait 2 months but a patient cancelled last minute and i got in the day i called! i was soo lucky!

I called Dr. Roudner's office in Miami and got an appt. for a consultation on the Friday. So excited that I didn't have to wait weeks. I hope I won't have to wait to long to book my breast augmentation date. I hoping to get it done the end of March early April.

How long from consult to surgery? Well I'm doing about two months, but it could have been sooner.

I called yesterday 1-21-09 and my consult appointment is scheduled for February 3 and the receptionist said the surgery appointments are usually 1-2 weeks after the consult!
