2nd consultation...date set, hopefully

Yesterday I had my 2nd consultation. My PS wanted to set my breast augmentation for February 2, but then two unexpected things happened.

First, my blood tests gave higher than normal results for BUN and creatinine. PS is almost 100% sure this is caused by some weight reduction pills I'm taking, so he told me to suspended the pills and I'll have to repeat the blood tests in two weeks and return for a 3rd consultation on January 29. If the results are normal, then the breast augmentation will be on February 9, if not, the breast augmentation will be suspended and I'll have to visit another doctor to find out why this is happening.

Second, during the consultation my husband made the comment that my breasts milk when he stimulates them. I've always been like this since I was a teenager, I hate it but he loves it . I've asked about this to my ginecologist, but he never gave any importance to it. Anyway, the PS said that this could cause complications and even a possible infection post breast augmentation, so he will give me some pills on my 3rd consultation to prevent my breasts from producing any milk after the breast augmentation. Just the thought of complications makes me really nervous

The last issue is the size. I'm 5'2", 135 - 140 pounds and 32.5" ribcage, 36A. I want to be at least a full C but no more than a small D. PS insists that Silimed 355cc silicones, round, high profile, partial unders with crease incision will be perfect for me. From reading this forums I feel that 355cc are too small to bring me to a full C / baby D, but I'm not sure. Any suggestions will be apreciated.

Hola Gaviota! Have you done the rice test? From what I hear it is pretty accurate, besides, I think you have some breast tissue, wich in addition to the cc will get you your full C. My stats are very similar to yours and my ps recomended Mentor HP 330 cc overfilled to 350, and I am going in the same direction as you. Good luck with your tests!

I did the rice test and 1 1/2 cups, which is equivalent to the 355cc the PS recommends, looks fine on me. But, as far as I know, implants look bigger when they're overs and smaller when they're unders. So I'm a bit confused with the rice test...the 1 1/2 cups are equivalent to 354 cc unders, overs or partial unders?

Also, my 32.5" ribcage I think is larger than most girls here. Does this mean that I need larger implants to grow from an A cup to a C/D than someone with a smaller ribcage?

Sorry about all the problems, hope they work themselves out!

I would really think that size would be good for you, when you start with very little breast tissue the implant dimensions alone can get you up to a bigger cup size even if there's technically not enough filling, if that makes any sense... Ie. if you put a wide or high enough implant in it will require a D-cup because the implant won't mold into the cup the same way as natural boobs do. I think 290cc made Anne (who says she didn't even have a bra size before) a 36C-D. It depends on your anatomy and your PS should be able to tell!

I think the meassurements for the rice test are equivalent to overs. For submusculars you should "restar" 15% to the amount of rice you pour into the stocking.

But I'm still confused Should I add or subtract 15% for the partial unders I'll be getting? You say substract, but overs are supposed to be larger for the same amount of cc than unders, so that means I should add 15% to unders to get the equivalent size, right?

And for partial unders, what's the difference?
