Worried about size of new Silicone Implants

I am very confused about how my redo is going to come out.
Can someone please help?

I currently have Saline moderate profile Inamed Style 68 550's filled to 620.
Diameter is 14.6cm and projection is 4.9cm. With the overfill I expect they are slightly more projected.

I am changing to Silicone HP Style 45 in 700cc.
Diameter is 13.5cm and projection is 6.4cm. My PS says since my chest only measures 13 across these will be a better width and give me more projection.

Here's my confusion...
When I take a tape measure and measure the projection on my current Saline implant on my body, it projects out about 4.5 inches. Which is = to 11.4cm!!!
So how do I have that type of projection when it says it's only 4.9cm. I am scared that going from these Saline Mods to the Silicone HPs I will LOSE projection. (I am totally flat chested underneath my implants). Am I missing something?

Sounds like you lose width a little but gain alot of projection. You'll see a big difference!

I don't think you will lose any projection--you will be gaining a lot! It sounds like you are wrestling with a lot of the same issues I have. I would be happy to go over some of the numbers with you that I found on the implant manufacturers' websites. Please feel free to PM or email me!
