Different Massage Techniques?

hi everyone! i got my breast augmentation yesterday! i have unders. at my post op today i was shown how to massage, but i was surprised that my ps only has me pushing in & releasing. 5 minutes each hour unless i'm sleeping. my friend who has overs told me i should be massaging in every direction & that will help keep the pocket open better... anyone want to share their techniques??

My PS was not very specific on how long only on the pushing and release method. I do it morning and before I go to bed. Not sure if I should be doing it more....? I'd like to here the answer myself.

My PS has me pushing up from the bottom and told me that would keep the pocket open. He also has me pushing inward from the oustside. He was not specific on how often to do it, but it feels really good and keeps me from being stiff I feel like I do it alot. I also massage the top just by rubbing because they are still swollen. I would like to know what others do also...Good luck

ACtually yes, I do the squezing technique on all four corners of them. But I think you should follow the instructions that your ps gave you.

Hello! Not sure if the technique is different from overs to unders. I would go with what your PS had suggested. If there's other techniques you would like to try I would ask him beforehand.

For myself, my PS instructed me to do this http://www.advanced-art.com/Breast-Aug-Massage.htm technique and then the last time I was in I was asked to start the squishing the girls together from the sides also.
