Naturally far set breasts...

I knew from the very beginning that our breasts keep the same setting on our chest, but is it possible to achieve closer cleavage or am I always going to be stuck with far set breasts????

My breast have always been naturally far set and I have a broad ribcage. Just recently it's really been bothering me that I don't have that awesome cleavage without a bra.

I have pics and you can see they aren't close like everyone elses. I think mine are the furthest set I've seen. I don't even have small implants. I was wondering if in the future when I need mine redone...is it possible to get my cleavage closer with bigger implants or will they just be bigger, but out to the side????

I'm sorry for sounding this way...I just wonder if I could ever have cleavage in those triangle bikini tops. If you look at my pics there are some of me in a yellow bikini and you'll see what I'm talking about. Please be honest...thank you

Girl look at my breasts and im new post... I think you look awesome SERIOSULY. you look natural and gorgeous. I at times think the same thing but why risk all the higher riskand mess them up just to get that...I didnt realize myself that getting boobs wasnt going to just hand me that awesome cleavage too so its taken me time to realize these are mine,so now imtryin to not compare myself to others and just enjoy what i have now cause I sure didnt have much before!! i have a huge gap and when i lay down it gets worse, i do not like it but im not doing anything to it, and hubby said unless medically needed no redos for 10 yrs... My breast are natually distanced as well. I have not had my breast augmentation yet, but because my ribcage is sloped (meaning not square) my boobs grow outward (side boob). My PS said that going partial under will help with this, but unless I go Mod profile and quite large, I will not have amazing cleavage without a bra. I am ok with that...I dont want huge breasts, so I will sacrifice that.

I added you as a friend to see your pics, but from your avatar, I think you are gorgeous. Do not compare yourself to other women. We were all different before breast augmentation and we are all different after. It would surprise you maybe that there are posts on here from women who wish there boobs were farther apart! haha...we gals are never fully satisfied are we?

Babe...I totally hear what you are saying..I looked at your pics...and yes I agree they are wide. Mine were like that too..first job even more then you ok...I have 630 cc..anatomical and surgeon even did internal stiching..so tehy would not slide..but still they did..right now I think I have 4-5 fingers in between..not happy...I think I can only close the gap with even bigger implant with really big projection...

I know, I can't help but think it after seeing everyone else's breasts. I too have that problem when I lay down, but hubby loves mine...I just am obsessed I guess. I definitely won't get a redo until I HAVE to...I was just wondering if when that time comes if there would be hope. Thank you, I need to be happy with what I have because I love them when I wear bras.

Thanks, I need to hear these things and just be thankful that I even had the chance to have a breast augmentation. I definitely need to stop comparing...it's more that I love everyone's boobs so much that I wish I could achieve their looks...kwim??

I am not sure what profile implant you got. But from my understanding the only way you would get increase cleavage is if you went with a wider implant, and when creating the pocket your PS dissected some of your pectoral muscles. The only issue with this is that if they over dissect then you risk getting symastia (sp?).

I too have about 4 fingers width. I'm not willing to go through continuous surgeries, I will just wait 'til it's that time for me to have them redone. So each time you've gone bigger has your cleavage gotten closer??

I have moderate and that's definitely because I did want to cover all the space on my broad ribcage. My doc did tell me that they will still have their basic shape, but he did do an awesome job and gave me exactly what I asked for. It's just recently bothered me about how I'm naturally set. Yes, I don't want to risk symmastia....eek.

Yes much better...the problem with me was going overs ok(now I know)...nothing much to hold implants in spot...so first breast augmentation silicon round textured 280cc..simply awefull job..2 hands between boobs..seriously my boobs ended in my armpits. Second job again overs 450cc round textured silicon...my surgeon said it will fix my problem..well it did not..it was better but still no gud...3rd job under anatomical textured 630cc and internal satures to close the pocket on side....well like 100% better from last job but still no gud ok. I think I just need bigger implants with larger projection and maybe pocket revison..not sure..but my boobs sure have tendency to go south LOL!! If I did not have ripples I would live with no tight cleavedge..but since I need to do something with my ripples I will have another surgery in future and drill my PS that I want TIGHT cleavedge!!!

I'm going in for my surgery in 5 days and my Dr told me I would have a gap as well since my breast are naturally spaced. I am quite small around (27 inch rib cage) and I'm getting Mcghan 410 Moderate profiles and projection so I'm hoping that covers as much as possible, what do you think?

For the ladies who are unhappy what size is you ribcage?

I also have a HUGE gap between mine but my PS told me that no matter the size of the implant I would still have a gap and that they would only come a tiny bit closer. He said that it all depends on how they are spaced naturally, as you already know! HUGE gap preBA = HUGE gap postBA!! I dont get great cleavage unless they are in certain bras. Forget about it in a triangle bikini top cause for me it aint happening!!! I wear the bra top bikini tops with pushup and can get cleavage then, thats the only time! There is a girl on here that went from mod+, which I have, to HP and it did help her spacing some but she still has a gap. Yours look really natural so dont be so hard on yourself!!!

I think you look amazing even without a bra....I have a small space between my boobs and don't have cleavage without a bra either....except if I wear a top that is pretty form fitting then my boobs get pushed together like in my siggy....it does bug me once in a while and I try not to dwell on it...what profile implants do you have? If you have HP and your breasts are wide enough for Mod+ then maybe that can help a little....but I would talk to your PS of course and discuss this with him...but don't worry you are definitely not alone

Me too, I have space between my breasts but, I also wouldn't want them so close that I would sweat between them. KWIM?

I went up in size and switched to HP's and went from a hand between the breasts (in my first breast augmentation) to a few fingers (2nd breast augmentation).

I always thought you looked great and carried the implants really well. I don't think there is too much you can do about it other than some great bras.

You look seriously awesome, but to answer your question, yes, this can be done, with the right surgeon.

My ribcage at the moment is 31 in....I'm working on losing inches. Sounds like you are getting a good size for your frame.

Mine are set far apart too. I like the look of cleavage, but I wouldn't want mine to do that without a bra on, I'd imagine you'd be sweating in between them all the time!

awww you're welcome ~ I know how it is being a year post op too and sometimes looking at my boobs wondering what can be improved...but like I said above, I try not to think that way....like not staring into the mirror....then the so called "problem area" (even though it's not really a problem..but you know what I mean) seems to magnify.....so don't stare hehe

Your boobs look amazing.....perfect. I think the only way to achieve closer breast is for PS to make to pocket revision and cut closer inwards; at least that is what mine did for more 'cleavage' and less space between. I too have broad shoulders and wide ribcage. It really worked, but I also went up in diameter with the new implant.

You are worrying for nothing; you got it going on!!!!! Rock those, because I wish mine looked like that! And you look great in a bra and without!
