When I was doing alot of pushups I began noticing that I was getting more upper pole fullness. What I have heard is that over time building your muscle alot can push them out to the sides....this is after quite alot of time.

I am on month 3 of P90X and am actually looking forward to being able to skip out on the push ups and pull ups post op. I read a thread (on another forum I think) that one girl's doctor cleared her for cardio at 8 weeks but at 3 months he still had not cleared her for pec work. Prior to starting P90X, the only real upper body workouts I did was group exercise classes, usually no more than 2 sets of 8 pushups, tricep dips, or weights over 10 pounds. Now that I've started seeing more definition with this program than anything I've done in the past few years at the gym, I'm reluctant to give this up. Of course, I'm more reluctant to mess up a $6500 investment that's permanently attached to my body a little more, but any information on the right thing to do is very much appreciated!

Red face Muscle flex denting

oh man, people say such different things about this issue
It seems that some girls have bad muscle flex issues and some do not have them at all, or it just doesn't bother them. I think the worst would be having the dent above in the cleavage area, but below under the breast seems not so bad to me

Any comments on this? Anyone know which is more common?

I think the dent is usually underneath, as the muscle pulls the implant UP while your natural breast tissue stays in place, causing a dent. This is what happens to me anyway. It doesn't happen with overs. It can also be aided with a PS going in and releasing the muscle from where the scar tissue has attached itself to the implant (like glue). But I imagine there'd be a high chance that it'd just come back when it healed again.
I have a photo of my flex distortion, and I'm going to add some more soon (it's gotten worse lately) if you want to see what it looks like.

I'm really gonna miss push-ups. I'm assuming no pull-ups, as well?

OK, I feel better now. Just talked to my ps. He said it's only silicone unders that have to worry. I am going saline overs. Fewwf. Almost cancelled.
