Breast Biopsy with Implants
Any ladies out there with implants ever have to get a breast biopsy?
Just wondering what type of biopsy was done and if it affected your implants. I found a lump a few weeks ago and after a Mammogram and Ultrasound a biopsy has been recommended.
Any info anyone can provide is greatly appreciated.

Hi there. I had a biopsy with my old salines. They were 16 years old and over the muscle. After an mammo, US and MRI they could not determine what a small lump was that I discovered doing a breast exam. The biopsy showed that it was non cancerous, however, it bothered me tons. I was constantly feeling it and imaging it had grown. I had it surgically removed by a breast surgeon (not a PS). Neither the biopsy or removal injured my saline. I had them replaced just recently because of severe cc from a milk duct infection from nursing. If you want to PM feel free to do so. I know how stressful it was for me.
