![]() | Hiding new implants for an interview
I am planning to schedule a breast augmentation and then I am having an important interview to get into a school (physical therapist assistant). My question is: Do you think I can hide 2-week-old implants that are still "riding high" in, say, a blazer or a button-down oxford? |

I think it's very possible, just wear something that isn't too form fitting. Plus, since they've never met you before they wouldn't know those weren't the boobs you were born with. I work in an elementary school too. I'm getting mine done over the summer and hoping when I come back no one remembers what small boobs I had before.

You shouldn't have a problem as long as your don't wear a revealing top. Good luck!

I think that as long as you dress conservative and proffesionally you should be fine. After all you're there for the job, not for them to judge.

As long as you don't wear a low cut shirt and have them hanging out. You'll be fine. They won't turn you down for having big boobies =P Good luck with the breast augmentation & Interview. I'm actually going to school for physical therapy assistant.

Thanks for the advice. I'm not sure how to thank each of you (to add to your "thanks number"). I'm not an experienced forum person. But thanks! |

I think so. If I hadn't told anyone before hand about my breast augmentation, I am willing to bet not many people would have even noticed. Good luck to you.

I just wanted to say good luck at the interview and I think this is a great idea, especially if you are being interviewed by a woman. Hello jealousy!!! You don't want some catty woman stopping you from getting the job. And seriously, when I walk into an interview, the women check me out far more than the men do - you want them focused on your skills, not the girls! Then after you land the job you can reveal how fabulous you look. |

I'm sure you can hide them. I wear suits to work all the time and when I button my blazers up you can hardly tell I have much boobs at all.

Gosh, I feel so much better after reading all these posts. I went shopping and got a jacket/blazer that I tried on with my water bra (that I never wear cuz it's so miserable feeling). It looked okay, so I'm feeling happy about that!

absolutely. I think you will be amazed by how easily the new boobs can disappear in clothes!! I was soooo worried about this before hand because I did not want ANYone to know at work...but it has been so much easier than I thought!

I recommend some double sided tape if you wear a button-up. Just put a bit between the first and second button to avoid any gapping that might be caused by the boobs! It makes the shirt look more smooth and well-fitted anyway.

I think they can easily be hidden with a button up and blazer. Maybe you can even accesorize with a scarf or a chunky necklace to not have the focus on your new breasts HTH!
