Ok, so I have just read some posts on girls hating their boobs post-op because they feel huge. What happens if you hate your boobs? I am going to see my PS on Wednesday for my 1 month check-up and honestly, for the 7 thousand dollars I spent, I am not thrilled with the results. I feel like they are big if I were to try and cup them in my hand and it's more than a handful and considering I am buying a 32D now versus the 32A that my boobs didn't even fill up a month ago, sure it is a big change. What bugs me is I thought I would have nice perky boobs like I did before I had kids, I still have extra skin I can pull at, it's not tight at all. What do I do, is it even worth mentioning to my PS? Pre-op we went over how he doesn't do re-dos at no charge if you just want a different size. Honestly, I don't exactly want a different size its just that he never once mentioned that I had more extra skin than what the implant would fill up and might end up with loose skin on my boobs (I didn't ask either though). Do I just keep it in the back of my head that I am going to get them done over in a year and just deal with it? According to the mentor implant chart I would have to go with 400cc High profile silicone to get about the same diameter implant as my 325cc moderate plus but with more projection. I'm sure I would be filled out with 400 but I would think that an extra 75cc's would also mean I would need to buy bras all over again since the D's fit perfectly now. I don't think this is the same as booby greed (I could be wrong) I am not seeking bigger boobs but at the same time I feel like I have old boobs not 1 month old boobs if that makes since. I feel dumb for being sad about this . Has anyone else gone through this, if so, what did you do? I understand the wait in be patient route for people that are high and tight and need to d&F but if I'm not high and tight I don't think my boobs are going to miraculously grow and fill out the loose skin.

Yes I know what you mean. I am one week post op overs. I am supposed to go braless for one more week. I am not comfortable with this. I feels like I should still be a little bit higher. I am hoping I will feel better about it once I can wear a bra. Maybe you should post some current pics and get a few oppinions.

Sounds like something you should definetely talk to your ps about. If you are not happy, then you should feel comfortable enough to tell him why. You paid alot of money, and if things are not right, then you need to let him know! Try to stay positive.

Hi girl! I am so sorry that you are disappointed with your results. I know what it feels like to realize that you didn't get what you had envisioned. I can't stress enough that you should tell your ps what you are feeling. Before my re-do I was terrified of telling my ps that I wasn't happy with my results so I told his logistics coordinator instead and I will tell you what she told me b/c it is sooo true: No one wants you to have the results you seek more than your ps! He would absolutely want to know what you are thinking and feeling. He may have simply miscalculated how many cc's you would need to fill you out prior to surgery. I am sure that if you tell him why you are unhappy then you can together come up with a solution. I am almost positive that talking to him will make you feel better. I am a little intimidated by my ps but every time I've had a concern and talked to him about it I have always felt 100% better afterwards. Remember, he has seen it all so you are not going to tell him anything that will make him uncomfortable. Good luck!

Im sorry you are feeling so down, I would discuss your concerns with your surgeon. He may be able to offer advice or console you..Or put them at ease. Just remember that after a breast augmentation it is an emotional rollercoaster of ups and downs. You are only 1 month post op, So you will still be experiencing changes. I took a peek at your pictures and you look reealllly great to me! But as always they are your boobs, and if YOU arent happy be honest and you and your surgeon can come up with a solution. Goodluck.

You look great! I would definitely bring it up to your PS and just voice how you feel. I am sure once he knows how you feel both of you could come up with a solution. Good Luck hunny |

I think you look great! They're perky and your nipples aren't sitting low. If you aren't happy though you should speak up

![]() | As for them being uneven, that's something that might resolve over time. Both breasts do not always drop at the same rate. 1 month post-op is still early on. But as for the extra skin . . . that would bother me as well. Do you think he needed to remove that excess skin somehow? Was the skin on your breasts like that pre-breast augmentation as well? Was it caused by weight loss, or was it always like that? Just out of curiosity; I don't mean to pry.

The extra skin was from gaining alot of weight during both my pregnancies. none of the PS mentioned removing skin at the consultations, in fact the consensus was the implants would fill in the skin, I think my skin just ended up being looser than we anticipated. Over the last couple of days I have come to the conclusion that i would really like to approach my PS about changing out the implants...I don't know how receptive he will be to this but I figure I need to at least talk to him about it. I am kind of bummed because my appointment got bumped to the end of the week : (

Hi Sweetie :-) I just looked at your pics. I think you should talk with your PS about the extra skin, I know it's hard - but your PS wants you to be happy and you paid a lot of money for this! I don't think it's a case of boobie greed - in which case, if you wanted a re-do it would be your choice, but this wasn't the result that you wanted and he didn't mention to you that this might happen. I'm sending you hugs! :-) Keep us posted after your appointment.
