Once healed can you sleep like you use to

Question to those who are fully healed. Can you sleep normal like you use to before your breast augmentation. I am a full A cup and I mainly sleep on my side or stomach. On very rare occasions I can sleep on my back which I know will be tough after my breast augmentation cause you can only sleep on your back for a while

After a while there is nothing you can't do, I am almost 3 weeks out of a redo and can already sleep even on my tummy.

I am almost 8 weeks post-op and still find it difficult to sleep on my stomach Before my breast augmentation i was worried about sleeping on my back to, but you seem to adjust pretty quickly due to the discomfort. within a week i was able to sleep on my side tho! which i continue to do and its not uncomfortable at all.

Once you are really healed your boobs are just part of your body. They are no longer additions they look, feel and become your flesh and blood. You actully stop thinking about them constantly. They feel painfree and wonderful and you can do anything you want with them. It does take time. For me it was about 6 months before every bit of tenderness was gone but long before that I could do anything I wanted to just sometimes I was reminded they were there.

I am a tummy sleeper!!! However I no longer can with my 800ccs. It's a total bummer. I am 4 months post op and still cannot do it..very uncomfortable. However my first breast augmentation I had 400ccs and within 3 wks I was on my tummy comfortably. So it probably depends on size also.

I can sleep pretty much anyway I want now. And, I don't notice much weirdness about the boobs at this point. I did get very little sleep Saturday night and noticed that they were exceptionally achey, but every other part of me was too. Stands to reason that they would ache with the rest of me!

I was thinking the same thing. I'm a side sleeper who switches sides all through the night, and this sleeping on my back has been really hard. I've been finding myself starting to roll over but it starts to feel uncomfortable, so I get back on my back.

I'm not 2 weeks out yet, so I'm happy to hear that sooner rather than later I will be able to sleep the way I'm used to.

I've never been a tummy sleeper, but I sleep on my side and I roll kinda onto my stomach (draped across a pillow or whatnot) and it doesnt bother me any.

even tummy and side sleepers will not want to sleep that way for a while due to the discomfort. but it won't be long before your back to normal doing any and everything you want. I STILL think about mine ALL the time though...I'm not convinced that will go away...I just love them so much. It's like a present everyday when I wake up.

I'm not sur eabout stomach sleeping, I've never done that but damn it's uncomfortable for me to even lay on my stomach, and it creeps me out thinking i'm pushing the implants out to the sides ack. But side sleeping and back sleeping are totally fine for me!

My swelling has subsided so now I can start sleeping on my back! I am excited about that, but not as excited as I'll be when I can sleep on my sides and tummy. I find that the key to comfortable back sleeping without rolling over is to put a pillow under your knees. I just shift my lowerbody from side to side (to emulate side sleeping..lol) but stay on my back.

I think the size you choose has a little something to do with it too. After my first breast augmentation, I could fully sleep on my stomach at a little over a month post op. However, now after my second breast augmentation, i went from 260 cc's to 505 cc's and with a full D/ DD, I have no more pain trying to sleep on my stomach, but the size of them is just uncomfortable to lay on my stomach, so now i am getting used to being a side sleeper.

I'm not a tummy sleeper, but I am a side sleeper. It took me a few months to sleep on my side. It took me a while to be on my tummy for laying out on the beach because it was uncomfortable, but it's getting easier.

I think around 2 or 3 weeks I tried sleeping like I used to. On my belly it felt awkward at first. I quickly got used of it and now I would never guess that anything had ever changed! I sleep so comfy and cozy on my side or belly

I am 2 1/2 weeks p/o and for the last 3 days I have been doing the pillow between the boobs on the side and its been ok. But I still wake up with morning boob and they still hurt in the middle of the night at times. I hope once fully healed they will feel fine and i can sleep on my belly.
