Rectangle boobs! When do these things drop??!

Ok ladies, pls help! My breast augmentation was on Wed. and they actually looked decent the day of and next day - but for the past few days they look like I have bricks placed sideways under my skin from my colar bone to my breasts! Im hoping someone is going to tell me that will all drop and fluff...but really - where does it go? Will it raise my existing breast up and fill out the bottom? How exactly does a round silicone implant make that shape in ones body and then fill out and fluff? I hate looking in the mirror right now (hence no photos)... I had a big symectrical issues which is why I had 400 in one and 450 in the other. The breast that had 450 in it looks large right now and sits nicer...urrgg Really how long will it be till I can look in the mirror and be happy I did this?

they are freakish and when i had mine i was like "WTF!" BUT, it does subside. probably 2 weeks. its the combination of swelling, placement, and tightness. check my public albums for my progress from week 2 to week 8 where i am now... my boobs have gone through a huge transformation...

They will drop and fluff. The swelling is caused by the anesthesia and trauma to the area. This creates a fluid that will be absorbed in the body. All normal with surgery. Be patient, it takes several month's for most of the healing, dropping/fluffing, etc.
