Saline Implants with "Little Breast Tissue"

I decided to post this thread because I personally am wondering:

I had little breast tissue to begin with. After 3 kids and pretty much losing all my boobage I opted for breast implants. I went with Saline 450 cc's under the muscle. The size I originally requested was a full C but after sizing with my PS, he and I agreed that the 450's would be best. Although several months after my breast augmentation, like most other women, I began to rethink my size and wished I had gone bigger. Now that I am almost 6 months post op I now question bigger as well.

My dilemma is, my implants have D/F. To say they are soft would not be completely true as again, since I have very little breast tissue, all I really feel is the implant. To me, they are not quite soft like real breast tissue. Although "real breast tissue" to me feels nothing shy of fatty--loose fatty. Simply a little of it! Now that all I really feel is implant, they feel heavy, round...like implants. Will they be this way forever?

Soreness. Is it normal with little breast tissue to feel sore at times?

What about squeezing them? Even I have not grabbed my new girls and squeezed them in the rough sexually way I would like. It doesn't feel comfortable plus, I'm afraid I will bottom out or something. Is this even possible?

I was instructed no need to massage as movement of my arms provides massaging. So, women with little to no breast tissue with implants for many plus months, tell me your answers. Boobs will never feel like real breast tissue but in the same, do they truly ever soften or will I always feel "the implant". Can you squeeze them roughly? Will they usually feel sore off and on? Can shoving the boobs upward and close together as in sex cause you to bottom out or anything?

I appreciate your help. Thanks ladies.

Hi, I had no breast tissue prior to my breast augmentation but got soft touch silicone implants and i can grab them roughly and squeeze/push together quite hard without and problems. They feel quite round at the bottom like you said and do feel implantish but they feel very soft and squidgy at the same time

So really I should relax and quit thinking if I squeeze or DH squeezes , it's all good? But don't you feel the implant and doesn't it feel not so squishy? I get the D/F and there is some degree of squishy with that which I have. But I have felt ladies who have more tissue and that to me is definitely more squishy than I have. So compared to more tissue, mine feel harder. Not cc hard just not as "pliable" if you will.

Oh yes, definately not as soft as with someone who had tissue pre op, mine feel firmer in that way, they dont feel natural like fatty natural boobs because im all implant too! When i squeeze they are very soft though considering i started with nothing, maybe it depends on the type of skin too

My experience has been different each time I got implants. I had some, not much, breast tissue and my first breast augmentation with saline 330's they were very soft and felt great. I had no issues moving them around. Boobie greed hit me hard so... My 2nd surgery with saline 650's was completely different. They were larger so I couldn't possibly cover the implant with my breast tissue and I could feel the implant in almost all directions. It was not as comfortable to move them around or lay on my stomach and after a few years I developed CC and they became even harder. DH never complained but I know he liked looking at them more than touching them. Fast forward to my 3rd surgery, silicone 450cc, and I am thrilled with how soft and pliable they are, even with loss of more breast tissue from child bearing/nursing. At 2 months post op I can move them around, squeeze them and my PS encourages massage a few times a day. I knew the real test was with my DH... not only does he love looking but he can't keep his hands off them and swears they feel very soft and real. I hope they stay this way.

Being sore all the time may be a question for your PS. At 6 months you may still be healing but I think at this point they should be feeling like part of your body. They may continue to soften as well, but my PS has told me that at 6 months what you have is about what you are going to get. That was true for both my previous surgeries.

I think you would be fine to move them as much as you would a real breast. However, I personally would be a little nervous about being too rough just because I am overly cautious to begin with. I suppose if it's fine to lay your entire body weight on them, then why would squishing them together be any worse for them. I definitely think you can relax and let DH enjoy your new girls

I appreciate that thank you. He told me at 3 month mark that I was pretty much there so I suspect this is it. I read this am that silicone was recommended for those with little breast tissue. I can lay on them without pain so that isn't an issue. Them moving further into my armpits is where that comes into play. I'm a side sleeper and it sees that would prevent the sliding into armpit thing but for whatever reason, it seems they are gravitating. I'm totally going off topic on the side boob thing but hopefully when I see PS Tues he will clear things up for me.
Soreness is not all the time. And not major. Just slight and sometimes. Being almost all implant I'm sure "must" have something to do with that.

I have little breast tissue and I can definately feel my implants. I have saline and do not like them. I did at first but now, 8 1/2 months later they are soft but they just feel bumpy. I could tell DH was not crazy about how they felt either. I finally asked him and he was honest and said he can feel them and they feel like a bumpy sack of water. He felt safe saying that because I am need a revision and I am changing my implants to silicone. I am thinking that silicone might be better for women with little breast tissue.

As for tenderness I still feel a little bit tender I think it is all part of the healing process. I had a lift as well as areola and nipple reductions so there was more work there than just a breast augmentation. I still feel my chest muscles when I am doing yard work or even vacuuming. I wonder if that will ever go away.

As for squishing them I am very comfortable doing pretty much anything I (we ) want with them. I don't think I would get into any real kinky stuff like breast bondage but thats about it. I have bottomed out on one side but that happen before the girls were even ready to play.

When I had textured saline under, it felt so firm. Then I had smooth saline under and it got little bit better, but now I have silicone over, and they feel much softer!!! Also, I used to feel edge and air pocket too with saline, but silicone is more like real breast tissue. If you don’t mind having MRI to check rupture, I definitely recommend smooth silicone over. I was told that smooth implant is more susceptible for CC, but I wanted to have softness and feel more natural.

I had little breast tissue, got Sils and mine feel just like what you are desribing. Soft but firm and implantish at the same time. I can feel the implant under the boob but nowhere else. Maybe because mine are only 304's. I do have minor little aches sometimes, mostly in the lefty but I bounce them all over at the gym and Honey can play all he wants. Not a problem. I am also 6 months post op.

I have no breast tissue and have had both salines and sils. I had salines for 9 years and switched to sils 4 months ago. The salines were soft, but I had rippling and they felt like a bag of water. There was nothing natural or pleasant about the feel, and I could feel the implant (I have unders). I was completely amazed at the change after my redo to sils. They are very soft and squishy and feel like a stress ball. I can not feel the implant at all. It is a dramatic change for the better. I would have gotten sils the first time around, but they were banned at that time.

I have saline unders. I had very little breast tissue to start out with too. I got 500cc hp's and even now they feel firm, mostly if i squeeze the bottom of my breast. I am all implant for the most part and still get sore around my nipple area maybe due to having a areola incision, not sure. I am hoping they will soften up as time goes on.

Smooth saline unders here and I think they are fairly soft and squishy, but I'm sure nothing like "real" breast tissue. I actually prefer them a tad firm - they feel like my boobs did when I was young and before I had 4 kids. I can feel the implant on the bottom, if I try, and I do have palpable rippling since I've lost weight. I know they'd feel better if I put on about 10 lbs, but that's not going to happen!!! I think sils would feel more natural but I have no plans to change and really, am very happy overall with my salines.
No worries about squeezing them or playing with them at all. I think they like it!
I don't think the odd pain here and there is unusual at your time post-op. I still get little twinges now and then and wonder if it has anything to do with the implants.
