Oh I actually asked this question to a doc on this forum and he said they would basically be round after (the whole thing is in the tuberous group, hope Tonysgirl gets back to you and lets you in hehe!) BUT my PS, when I asked him, said they wouldn't be totally round after ... but "better than they were before," which, if I was in the emotional position where I wanted them out, I don't think I would mind at all. The breast tissue does atrophy of course, over time, though, so naturally you wouldn't end up with 'perfect teeny round boobies' or anything.

Oh I wish I could see the photos! I'm new to the forum so can't view photos yet, and it is seriously hard to find explant photos! Even the plastic surgeons I've seen in Melbourne don't have before and after photos.
I'm hoping there won't be too much deformity if I have my implants removed, as they are fairly small (235cc).

It's such a great thing that you're sharing I just wish I could be a part of it. I've always wondered about explantation as I think that's what I'll do when I'm older (like 65+).

Sending a FR after I write this.. Its so common to hear about implants, but not explants.. I know that I have never seen explant photos and I think its very educational.. I dont think I'll ever not have implants, but its always helpful to know... Kind of an
