![]() | 475cc enough or should I get more?
Now I'm starting to think that the 425cc o/f to 475cc Saline Moderate profile (Complete Unders) will not get me to the Large C/ Baby D that I am really really hoping for. My stats are: 5'8 tall 135lbs, 33 RC, currently between a very flat 36A & 38A. Should I request to go larger? I know that with complete unders they will be a bit smaller as well. Please, any thoughts would be greatly appreciated as I am starting to doubt my decision on size. I don't mind going a bit bigger just to be safe but I also don't want to end up too big. |

![]() | size question
As several ladies on here will tell you.....everyone is different. However, if you compare your stats with several others, you will get a pretty good idea of your outcome size. For example...I was a 36A, 5"4" at 124 pounds, muscular frame. I had co-hesive gel, unders at 350cc. At the 2 week post op mark, I am a full "C". Hope this helps. |

I haven't had my breast augmentation yet but from what I hear a lot of people are disappointed they didn't go bigger. Your PS should know not to make you HUGE, if you have expressed concern about that. I am thinking I will just tell my PS to make me as big as will fit. Because I don't want to regret not going big enough. Good luck on your decision!! It isn't an easy one. |

I know exactly how you feel about not wanting to be too big or too small, and I think 475 sounds sufficient to take you there. It does seem that larger frames need larger cc amounts. I have another thread posted in the cc topics about the same thing, because my ps told me 360 should get me to a large C/small D, and I'm questioning that now. (So anyone else reading this - go to the cc section and answer my post!) But I really, really, want to look natural and not "done". I just want to make sure he knows what I want... Anyway, you're an inch taller than I am, 15 lbs heavier, 3 inch bigger ribcage - I think 475 sounds good. I'm going to go back on the implant info site and type in stats to try and reassure myself - I highly recommend that site for you if you haven't already gone browsing. |

That sounds sufficient to me. I'm more petite than you so you have to take that into account, but I had 421R/457L and think I will have NO problem filling out a C cup, more realistically I will have to wear a D bra but am currently looking like a full C clothed. You could probably go up a few more cc's if you're concerned without risking being HUGE, but if your PS says this will get you what you want, s/he is probably right

I think that size will get you where you want to go with out being too big. If you go bigger I think you might be heading into DD territory...See if you get any responses from ladies with that amount of CC's and similar stats (I think you checked out my pics, right?). We are similar but your rib cage is a little wider. Give your PS your favorite pics and then go with a photo that show a little bigger, but what you consider too big. Maybe write on the photos "just right" and "too big" so he/she's not trying to remember that while doing your surgeries!! |

Were your implants Moderate profile or High Profile? The reason I ask is that in your siggy it says HP (High Profile). Mine are going to be Moderate Profile. Not High Profile or Moderate Plus, just plain "Moderate Profile" he said. I am quite wide in the RC dept. so I think that is why he chose that profile for me. Thanks for your help. Cheers! | |

I'm guessing that you'll acheive the size that you think you want, but it won't seem as big as you thought it would be. It seems to be the popular reaction around here. Did you do the rice test? Also, how many inches would you like each breast to measure? I think it's easier to predict diameter by cc's than cup size. For instance, I started out quite flat, got 300cc's, and now I measure 8" across each breast (although I'm hoping to fluff a bit). That would make a tiny girl a DD and a large girl a B cup, even though the actual breasts are the same size. So, what diameter are you trying to achieve? For what it's worth, I think the cc's you are thinking of choosing will work nicely on your frame, but might not give you the "wow" factor if that is what you're going for... |

Yes, everyone is different and your ps will know what is best for you. I am 5'10", 140 lb, broad shoulders. I have McGann 410 cohesive gels 525cc's, a redo after my first breast augmentation in 1989. For the first time in my life I have beautiful cleavage, and a little side boob.......a D/DD. Being so tall, they are very proportionate for me. I love them! I was blessed with a talented wonderful ps who listened to what I wanted and then performed what he believed would look most natural. Good Luck with your decision.
