How to achieve Side Boob?

I am having my breast augmentation in just under a week and I want a lot of side boob!! How is this achieved? Is it with they type of implant: Mods vs HP's? I look at some of your pics and I love the look of side boob.

I do not need as much projection bc I have a decent amount of projection pre breast augmentation. Any advise? I am going to stress that I want side boob the day of my surgery to my PS. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I am not a "profile" expert but it has to do with the diameter of the implant. High profile implants will generally have less "side boob". But it also depends on the person's body. I would bring pictures to your PS of what you like and see what he/she has to say. I found a picture of someone who had similar frame and before size as me and the after results that I liked and my PS worked his magic! I have mod+

A lot of girls get side boob by choosing and implant with a diameter slightly over their BWD. Most PS will not go over 1cm of your natural BWD because that can cause tenting and other complications. Side boob can be acheived with any profile implant. If you do not want a lot of projection then you should look at mod or mod+ to get more diameter for the same amount of cc. Definately take in some pics of breasts that you like to give your PS an idea of what you want. A pic is so much easier than trying to tell them.

Hey girl, I feel ya! I am luva of the side boob myself I told my DH last night that I have to make sure my PS understands that I WANT sideboob! It is diameter of implant I think. I'm getting Allergan Mods which is the same as Mentor Mod+. My PS assured me that this would give me the sideboob I want.

I'd just make sure and take in some pics so he totally knows. Good luck!!!

I "think" I have side boob and I have HP implants. They are round out beyond my ribcage. Is that sideboob? I also noticed last night when I was laying on my back that they moved out to the side a bit which made me happy. They were kinda like real boobs!! LOL

i agree with the girls here, if its side boob you want, mod profile is def what you want. i don't like the look of HPs and got the mods and ended up with the boobs i wanted...with A LOT of side boob. some girls don't like that though. MODs have a wider bas and so cover more of your chest. that "more" is what creates the side boob you're seeking, lady!

Agree with babyfromheaven, go a little over your BWD for side boob. I went about .6cm over and have side boob and cleavage--love it!

I never really considered side boob but I have natralle MP68 which like a mod+ and bwd 13 and I have alot of side boob more than maybe I wanted LOL!!!!

My BWD is 12 and I'm getting the Natrelle 68MP 330 which is 12.3. I really hope this is good enough to get what I want. I would probably consider going up to the 360cc which is 12.7, but I have a feeling my DH wouldn't like that too much. LOL!

I have side boob and I have mod+ implants. My PS went with the exact size of my BWD. It is not much but I have some.

like the others, i'd recommend the mod+ (or 68MP) see my stats below! just enough side boob, i tiny bit over my smallest BWD. no tenting.

I am a 390 MP68 and I was O/F to 450 I have lots of side boob I was 13 bwd... My PS Physican assistant joked at how tiny I was and he fit a 13 in me.. go figure!!! Like I said lots of side boob here!!

i asked for side boob, my PS gave me MOD + , 350 Mentor.
but my sister-in-law who was also my surgeon's assistant said she made sure
my PS gave me side boob. so. i dont know if its also how a PS would dissect your pocket? i also have good - not far cleavage - if sure it has to do with BWD - and stuff, unfortunately i dont know mine!

He was showing all of these pictures of women's sidboob... and then another one... he says, "do you like that sideboob? Well you shouldn't... cause thats my sideboob!"

I have 450 mod silicone unders, with lots of wonderful sideboob. But, with that comes the underarm shaving challenge-if you get your wish you will see what I mean. I think my DH's favorite part of my new boobs is the sideboob!

I will gladly welcome the shaving obstacles! I know what ya mean though, I think sideboob is the one thing that my DH is kinda hot for in the boob department.
