November girls!!!!

I know this is to be expected and I am silly for even worrying, but I need you girls to calm me down!!!

My L-side looks great. It has from the moment I saw it post-op. The implant is in a great position. It is generally soft and little pain.

My R-side is a totally different story. It was the smaller side (remember I had about a 75 cc difference). The R-side hurts a lot more than the L-side. The implant is really high--not a natural position, starting up on my collar bone. But then my natural breast skin is beneith the implant, kind of like having a firm high boob and a saggy small lower boob. I don't know if that makes sense. The R-side is firm--has been since I first touched it post-op.

i have heard that your dominant side hurts most people more... like if your right handed then your right side is going to hurt more... probably because you use those muscles more than your left... and also if that side was smaller than maybe thats why too? your stuffing a bigger implant into a smaller boob to even them out... thats my guess! haha good luck, the pain should subside soon for you. i hear the 3rd day sucks.

Well I really liked the 500cc sizers at my consult and he said that they always go up 25-50cc from what the patient liked with the sizes if they are going under the muscle. I told him that I was considering 400 or 450 b/c I didn't want to be too big and he said that if I go that small, I will be disappointed. I was a deflated B cup pre-op and I read online that 500cc adds 2 - 2.5 cup sizes to your pre-op bra size so definately keep that in mind. Be very clear with your doctor what size you want to be and that you DON'T want to be any bigger than "this" size. I told my plastic surgeon that I didn't want to be any bigger than a DD cup and he said I won't be... I am just trusting that he is right and knows what he is doing. Good luck!

THere was a change in plans. I swept off my back patio and grilled some burgers then I was too pooped out to shop. Now I am laid up in the recliner ready for my nap! I am not a napper and I can't stand not having any energy!

I think Im only gonna get a C out of all this..My co-worker just saw me and was like I thought you were gettn your boobs done, and when I said I did he was like wow you cant even tell..I officially want a re-do!

You just stop that nonsense right now!! I just saw your pics and you can definently tell you've had em done! It was probably what you were wearing or he's a jerk. Give them time to heal and drop and fluff and whatever else they are supposed to do that the girls on here talk about.

Hello! So I have been surfing this forum for months but haven't really created an account until today. I dunno what took me so long. But I had my surgery on the 2nd and it's been a lot of ups and downs. It's been a mixture of stress from the aches and not being able to do anything and the stress from my boyfriend not being there like I'd want him to be there. But I would like to say that I am really :] to have had the surgery. I can join the club now. yay!!!!

I know that you can tell if you stare..I guess I just had a different look in my head. I should have did 600ccs..I'm happy because it is more than what I had before...I do want to go bigger tho

You are trippin...you look MUCH bigger! They look great! Maybe your have boobie-blindness...they are big and beautiful...and they aren't even healed yet!

Hun, you need to give it some time....anything over 500cc should give you a wonderful result. I held the 500's in my hands and they were covering my whole hand....and I have long fingers.....so I'm sure if you just give it time and let the girls settle in, you'll love them!!!! Don't start hating them so soon....our mind is a powerful thing and starting off on this note will make it so much harder for you to love them later, even though they will look perfect!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to the site! How exciting that your day is coming up in a couple SHORT weeks! I know I chose to stay really busy up until a few hours before the surgery because I was so excited/nervous. I have gotten a lot of inspiration from the recovery portion of the forum. My advice--don't get behind on your post-op pain. Take meds even if you think you may not need them for the first few days...
