Sore after starting exercises this morning

Started my capsular extension exercises ordered by my PS this morning, I'm 1 week Post Op. Did anyone else experience soreness after starting their exercises? I feel a little irritated and sore after starting and want to know if this is normal? I'm still fairly sore in my arms and feel a little "heat" in my boobs today....

I have heard from other JBI ladies that soreness and heat is normal. Its the nerves regenerating themselves.

Oh yeah! you're still early on, there's some more healing to be done, the soreness is normal!
Massaging my boobs is sometime sensitive still and I'm almost 2 months postop.
My ps said just don't hurt yourself! If you massage/exercice, if it's painful, stop and redo it but more lightly! It's your body talking to you. I now push it a bit more, now that I know I'm more healed and things are closed up properly.

Good luck and Patience hon!
