Any taller/heavier women out there?

Hello!! I am new here and wondering if there are any taller/heavier women out there who can share their experiences. I am 6ft tall and around 200lbs so it's very hard to compare myself with someone who is 5'1 and 120lbs!! I am wondering what size is going to be best for me...I know being a bigger girl I am going to needs bigger implants to make a difference, and I don't want to end up with boob envy! But I also don't want to go too big and end up unhappy with that. I am scheduled for 9/22 and getting nervous! Right now I am a 38B and thinking I want to go to a DD. Anyone out there been through something similar that can HELP???? Thanks so much!! I love this site!

I dont know how much help i can be but i am 6foot but only 134lbs i got 47cc and ended with a D so far and should be a DD once i D&F. But without saying i want to be a D or a DD you have to realise that us taller girls can get away with a little more i think that my DD's look like a C on me (take a look at my pic's if you like) so thats another think to discuss with you PS.
Better to take is sizes, as in pictures in, of what you like and the size you like and let him tell you how many CC's you should get to achive that look. Be aware also that being too top heavy can give you bad back problems too (you dont want want to be cursing your new girls) so this is what i told my PS - 1. I wanna be able to see my feet and 2. i dont want them to be too heavy and have back problems. HTH babe and good luck xoxoxo

I'm sure your PS can help you out in deciding what size to go. It is hard though. I am tall and larger boned and had problems finding pictures of anyone with similar stats as me to bring to my PS. But I am very happy with my breast augmentation. You have to find a PS you can trust and go from there. Good luck!

The only way you are going to find out how you are going to look with implants is if you experiment with rice bags stuffed in your bra or under your clothes.

Take a sock or a piece of pantyhose, fill it with as much rice as what you think you want, tie a knot and try it on for size. Don't be afraid to go really big or really small and everything in between. You are experimenting now and you are allowed to fool around!!!! The effects are not permanent in any event.

If you are tall with a large body structure (i'm not so tall but I have wide shoulders and a large bone structure) you will probably need more rice. Look in the mirror a lot.

It is really important that the picture you have of yourself in your head matches the picture you see in the mirror. If not then you are not going to be happy when the surgery is done. Believe me it happened to me. After the first breast augmentation I was not happy because the breasts I got was not what I really had in mind

Once you are happy with the size of the rice sizers then you calculate back to CC's.

(A cup of rice is about 180 CC's which translates roughly to a bra cupsize 180-250 CC's depending on your body structure).

Don't try to calculate the CC's first and then try it for size because you are going to get stuck on the amount of CC's and think all the time:

"This is a lot of CC's I don't want to be so big" when in reality compared to your frame the CC's is not that much. For instance a 200cc's make the same difference on a tall big boned woman as 100 cc's on a petite 5'1" 100 pound woman. YOU need to be satisfied with YOUR LOOK.

Once you are happy with the look and the feel of the size YOU want then you calculate the CC's. You are going to be surprised with how much it is really going to be. But I'm not done yet.

Implants almost always show smaller once they are in your body because they are compressed by your skin and muscles. Now add another 150-200 cc's to what you have calculated. Only now will you be close to the size of the breasts you desire.

And so by the way. You quickly adapt to the weight difference of the implants unless you go waaay big but anything from about 2 pounds each really does not make that big a difference to carry around. That's also the idea of the rice bags. If you carry them around for a day or two you can easily find out if the weight makes a difference at the end of the day.

Hey tall girl - I am 6'1 and 175 to 185 depending on the time of year and my work out routine - Measurements about a size 12 - Rib cage 37/breast at fullest point 41. A lite 38C before breast augmentation.

I wore rice in nylon knee high stockings in my bra for about three weeks before breast augmentation. I started with a cup of rice in each side of my bra, then I went to two cups rice in each side of my bra. It takes time to get used to the weight, and the self consciousness of it all. The rice is a good indicator of the weight, but it does not take into account the shape after a lift/implant. The first two weeks my breasts were like torpedoes! There were some awkward moments while wearing the rice - hugs that felt stiff as I was sure the hard rock feel of the rice would alert the other person to my ruse! ANother time I was working in the yard and one of them started to fall out... needless to say, I got a larger bra at that point to grow into.

Initially I went in for the PS consult and thought I wanted 350 -400cc; everything I read about others going in said "GO BIG" - My DH also reassured me that given my height and weight, a larger size would be in proportion to the rest of my body.

Eventually I made the decision and I went as big as I could without getting a lollipop cut - Smooth Round 550 HP Mentor Silicone under the muscle with a benili lift at the same time, all done through the aereola - My PS was reluctant initially and I really had to reassure him that I was ready to change my mind 'up' from my smaller CC choices made in earlier visits with him a year ago.

I am happy with the overall size now, though I am just three weeks post op. I do hope that the Drop and Fluff to follow will increase the natural look and feel, as for now they are still high and tight.

I now fit easily into an OLGA 38DD, which was tighter tonight than any night since day four after the procedure. I hope my body follows suit as others on JBI have shared; that as my body becomes one with the new additions, that I'll fill out even more.

Once I figure out how to post pix here, I'll send some on. My rib cage is 37, around the breast at the fullest point is 43.

I have to agree with comments above that one quickly adapts to the new size and I do sometimes wonder if I ought to have gone bigger than the 550. For now, this is a good for me, and I avoided the lollipop cut!

My DH is planning our next upgrade - for an 800 or above - It's great to have a supportive spouse!

I really appreciate all your comments...my PS thinks I can really carry off the DD and I don't think I want to go bigger than that...tough fiding bras in reg stores, worried about my back, etc. I am so excited/nervous...less than 2 weeks and I will FINALLY have boobs to match my body!! I will post my story after I have them!!

You will do fine. Alot of the girls on here that have cuter bras get them at fredericks of hollywood I think... I have looked for D an DD bras at Wlamart, belks and such. ( not too cute)
