Two different size implants

I'm confused. I have seen some posts where women have 2 different sized implants. I myself do. However, is it necessary? I am 6 weeks post op. My right looks larger than my left. I can see a size difference if I am wearing a sports bra and/or a tight fitting shirt. The right has more side boob.

I went over sizes with my ps....but he never objected to different sized implants. I didn't think the size difference would be so noticeable. I know all breast are slightly different in size.

I am thinking I should have gone with saline now. I think I want a redo with 2 same sized implants. Would that work? My PS says to wait three more 3 more weeks. "it needs to drop"

Anybody else have this dilemma? Any advice? Or do I just need to wait some to recover and settle? They look as if they have dropped.

I don't know. I am frustrated and disappointed.

Take a breather sweetie... I had two different sized salines for my first BA...they looked perfect (leftie took a little longer to drop)
My second BA I went with sils and I got 800s the difference between that and the next smaller was too great to do two different sizes... so I have one breast bigger than the other and you can slightly tell ... no biggie.

As we have stated to other members, patience is what everyone needs to have with cosmetic plastic surgery.

It can take up to six months for the breasts to be at their final position maybe even longer.

You can go under the knofe again if you choose to, but it may not make them perfect... I have a thread on here about perfect breasts...
http://www.justbreastimplants.com/fo...even-same.html (Do you think both breasts look even and the same?)
there really isn't such a thing as completely perfect breasts...
Please take a bit of time

Thanks Gypsyrose.

Your post made me feel better. I know 'perfect' is unobtainable.....I just need to stop being so critical. However, when I look at myself...all I see is unevenness. Time will make it better....I hope.

Hey, I will share something I haven't posted on here with you... I have a flat dent on the lower right side of my left breast... It is about 3/4 in in length and it is very noticable after I take off my bra... I asked the PS about it (I have always had it, but it wasn't that noticable with my smaller breasts) he said they could thin out the tissue(skin) if I wanted, but they advise against it... So I decided to live with my dent... I will never be the bulesque star I wanted to be ...hahahahah but I look hawt in a bikini...I still look great nude

Interesting! THe one PS I consulted with said I would need, not only two differents sizes, but two different projections. Apparently my chest wall is assymetric as well as my breast widths..Nice, huh! Nothing can be simple!

I went to three different PS before my BA. One recommended two different sizes because one breast was smaller and less round then the other. Second PS advised against two different sizes as not only the projection would be different but also the diameter and it would match my current difference. He also told me that if the breasts are bigger the assymentry will be less noticable. Its like having a 1oz difference in two cups compared to two buckets, you will notice the difference in cups straight away and won't see it in a bucket full of liquid.

I went with the same size in both breasts and they look pretty symmetrical to me. I can't even remember which one was the smaller one.

Maybe you should wait a bit longer because your breasts might have a different rate of dropping and fluffing.

Red face

I have 2 different sizes. 375 and 420. The left one is a lil more swollen, only 4 days out tho.

Take a look at my pictures. My breast with the larger implant appears smaller right now because it sits up higher. I think it will drop eventually. I am about 5 1/2 weeks right now. I wouldn't worry about it too much. They will probably even out with time.
