Anyone had complications because they worked out too soon after breast augmentation?

Hi All! I was wondering if anyone here had complications because they did cardio (not weights) too soon after your breast augmentation? My last breast augmentation I worked out a week after, I would do the elliptical and just not use the upper body component to it, same with the stairmaster, I was just careful not to put weight on my upper body. I am 29 now though and not sure if I will bounce back as well as I did at 21. Anyone else go back to cardio quickly and if so, did you have complications? Reason I ask is I may become the lead spinning instructor and want to be able to teach and just try to be careful not to put alot of weight on my upper body?...
A friend who knows a lot about this stuff has told me working out too soon could result in a hematoma...I may not understand what that is exactly...isn't it just like a clump of blood, like a clot, and if so, can't it just be aspirated/removed or can it go away on its own? Please help...thanks!

Hi, I had my breast augmentation on a monday and had my 3 days later on thursday. Everything looked great- no bruising at all! I also asked him when i could return to exercise and my ps said when i was ready. He also said he had a few women run marathons the following week after a breast augmentation (tuba). Well the next day I did a half hour on the treadmill and 20 min on the elliptical and two days later, i noticed a bruise under one of my breasts.

It turned out to be nothing and went away but caused me a lot of worry and stress! Im not sure if it happened bc I returned to exercising or not but as I was freakin out over my bruise, I looked a ton of information up online and exercise seemed to be a reason for a hematoma. (I thought that's what I had- and freaking out). I had the tuba procedure and not sure if it makes a difference but if i did it again I would wait at least 2 weeks before doing anything to really raise my heart rate as I think this is what causes the hematoma!
