The 2nd Consult.. Went Terribly....!

Ohhhh dear..
For those who didnt read about my first consult - my first one went quite well.. The place was clean, tidy, professional & they had their stuff together ready to get my boobies.

I cant even bear to go on too much about todays consult.. but i could probably list shortly to describe my experience. To start with, let me say, it was at the completely opposite end of the professional spectrum of my first consult..
He was old, say 65.. I have an unusual name, didnt matter how many times i corrected him, he got it wrong. Partially deaf. Crappy old office. Kept me waiting. Unprofessional in set up.. No books, sizers, photos or information generally on BAs. Asked me rudely why i would want breast implants, they look fine to him. Didnt like my reason of losing weight & wanting to get some back in my bra. More interested in my tattoo and belly piercings. Said i had a 'nice set' as it is. Saw barely any assymetry in my breasts. Had to show him myself. Asked what bra size i was, 10C/12B, not very familiar with bra sizing. I would like to go to a large 10C/10D - & FKING SUGGESTED 175ccs??!?!?!!?!?
WTF. Said CapsContracture was unable to be fixed. I said massage, Vit E can help fight against as far as I was aware. I asked about day surgery, he said that breast augmentation were not at all suitable for day surgery. I was able to answer my boyfriends questions better than he was.
Boyfriend sitting on fence about breast augmentation - hopes i go with another PS.
PSSED OFF AND WANTING TO CRY.

Ergh. and after paying $100 for fking 20 min of BS and a pathetically scribbled quote by his receptionist, we walked to my car in the rain.
Then of course, to top off my 'consult', i ran up the tail of a woman when driving. She calls me a stupid fking bitch. She is 3 months Pregnant. I BURST into tears at the thought of causing someone a misscarriage.. Boyfriend tries to talk to her.. eventually swap details.
My foot is sprained and my eyes are sore from crying.. Ergh. Gimme Chocolate SOMEONE.

But back to the consult. Crap. Wont be going to another one except the one i first saw. Dont tell me to be discouraged (pleease) because further consults are for sizing purposes only.
But yeah.
Crap on a stick much? Bit put off the whole thing at the moment.

OMG, that souds hellacious!!!! You poor thing. Dont let that *****ing old and deaf PS that needs to retire discourage you. I am horrified someone like this is doing surgeries....scary.. This experience is EXACTLY why it is soooooo important to have multiple consults and really trust your PS.

Also dont beat yourself up about hitting that lady...thats why they are called ACCIDENTS!! I hope you went home and ate a lot of chocolate : )

Hang in there and try to get excited again about big BOOBIES!!

That's just terrible! I'm so sorry that you had such an awful breast augmentation consultation and on top of that had a fender bender! I hope things go uphill from here. Good luck girl

How awful!!! I think I would have asked for a refund! i noticed that your hoping for a full C. I am 5'6.5" 140 lbs. I was an A pre breast augmentation and received 450cc both sides, unders, crease, HP, Mentor Memory Gels. I am now a perfect full C. Just wondering if your CC's will be enough to get you there? My ps wanted to do 500cc and I really wish that I had let him.
think it will depend on how broad your shoulder are. I am fairly broad shouldered. Good luck with your surgery. Hope it is all smooth sailing from here on out :-)

I'm sorry to hear that your 2nd consult went so bad. That PS sounds scary and unknowledgable, definafely don't go with him. Don't let your experience with him change your mind about your breast augmentation. Good luck to you, I'm up for my 2nd consult Thursday and I'm soooo nervous.

Girl your first one went so well then trust your instincts I only went to one I felt so good with that one never went any further so even though I think a lot of consults are a good idea they are not needed I guess after what a terrible day you just had sounds like a really old and unfeeling outdated ps that you saw yesterday sending you a GIANT HUG

Sorry about your horrible consult. That PS sounds terrible. I would be so pissed since he even charged for it! Just forget about that PS completely and block the whole day out of your mind as in it never happened. You will find so many better PSs.

Wow after all that things can only get better. That PS sounds like something out of a horror movie. Sending you some hugs, hope you find some chocolates. The fender bender will pass, you had a lot on your mind and it was raining. Block this whole day out of your mind and focus on the positive experience of getting boobies.

I hate to say it, but I would be really nervous to let a person that old perform any sort of surgery on me. Partially deaf? I bet he has shaky old man hands too. I would not go anywhere near that guy ever for anything. And I don't understand why he is in the plastic surgery business if he isn't knowledgable and/or willing to do what you want!

I'm so sorry you had a crappy day. Don't let it keep you from doing what you want!

Don't go with him...just laugh at the experience. When I went to the doctor that I ended up having my breast augmentation with, I knew it felt right and he was so professional. My first consult with the dr was really nice. but he didn't even measure my bust or anything for goodness sakes the nurse wrote the quote on a piece of paper in pen!!!! hahahah i thought that was pretty funny- the other 2 i went to gave me a nice printed sheet- just showed more professionalism

; Weird old man, telling me what he will do and no one does better then him - not asking what i want. and the whole 10mins i was sitting there i was thinking, "i cant understand a f**kin word you are saying you stupid old dooshe bag!" then he wrote the price on the back of his card and said i only had 2 months to get the surgery done or the price goes up!

im so sorry to hear that... but don't worry, a whole lot of us had to visit a number of doctors before deciding on one. hope you'll find a great PS who will make u feel comfortable and gives you a great result.
