Need help! Surgery in 26 days!! Will benelli lift "lift" me enough??

So it's nov 1st..and my surgery is nov 27th..and i'm officially freaking out! I'm a droopy, small 34c right now..getting a benelli lift and 250/275 cc silicone mod plus (difft sizes to even them out). I'm curious for those of you out there with similar size pre BA..have you had a benelli starting out with that size and was it effective??? With the implants too? I'm worried that I'm too droopy for the benelli to begin with and it's not going to lift me enough and then I'll end up with double bubble or something...and I still don't really understand how double bubble happens..

Did the surgeon do your measurements? Mine did and told me there way no way a bennelli would lift me enough which is why we did a full anchor lift. I was very saggy though and my first implants had complications and were over the muscle so made me sag worse than I was pre ba. My nipples were measuring at 26 and 26.5cm (sorry don't know how to convert to inches). He told me normal is between 20 - 22cm.

I asked my DH if I was worse then any of those to gauge if I could just get a benelli. He said no so I am hoping to just get the benelli. My DH is also not a fan of the scars left by the other lifts and says start with this if it's not enough go for a revision.

Yes I had measurements taken by many docs..and some said benelli, others said do the full lift because they dont "believe" in the benelli. Some docs said I could even just to a larger implant and no lift at all - but I think that's crazy cuz I'm pretty saggy IMO. So needless to say I didn't go with that doctor (lol), but because I always got such mixed reviews it made me question whether or not the Benelli will be enough. I never had a doc say there was no way I could do a benelli. Most of the docs said i could probably do either, which was what made the decision difficult/frustrating. I'm hoping that the benelli will be enough though because I'm not too excited about the full anchor scars either. =\

I think it really depends on how saggy you are...I was very saggy a 36dd and I had a full anchor lift with 330 saline unders. The scars were worth it for me---because of how severe my sag was. Now the vertical scars are very light and I'm only 2mths out...but that is my situation--everyone heals/scars differently.

I also recommend finding photos of girls that have similar sag that you do and similar results that you want -- does your plastic surgeon have photos of girls who have similar stats and have the procedure he is recommending for you?

Do you know what your nipple measurement is? I was told a bennelli would only work if my nipples only had to be moved up slightly around 2cm. I also had excess skin on the bottom half of my breasts which is why the bennelli wasn't going to work. When you say you're pretty saggy where is the excess skin? Is it just the top parts of the breasts that are saggy?

I def don't know what my nipple measurement is! I know I'm not "very" saggy - even the doctors say it - they say I'm a borderline case for either lift, which is why it was hard for me to decide. But the doc I am going with now says that he thinks the full lift is totally unnecessary for me - but then when I see my before pics I'm like.."really?!?" I dont know they look pretty droopy to me. He showed me pics of girls that he has worked on that had similar stats to me and they all came out looking pretty good - but everyone is different!

And as far as the shape of them now - they're pretty much flat on top (I have very little upper pole) and round on the bottom - and my nipples face out straight, not down and they're not too far below the crease from what my surgeon tells me. If that made sense I'll be surprised..I think I may have to upload some pics arghhhh!!

This is a really hard decision to make! I also wanted the benelli lift when I had my BA put plastic surgeon said "no it won't be enought". I asked why & he explained that nipples should be around 8-9 inches from collarbone to nipple. Mine were like 13 inches!! So I went with the anchor lift. You can check out my pics if you want. Scars are VERY light. I'm 7 mo PO. BUT, if you can get away with a benelli then I would go for that. Maybe you're scared to go for a bigger implant & benelli lift but don't be! You'll be glad you did. Maybe try a 400cc-450cc implant to "perk" them up??

I know exactly what you are talking about. I am the same way.

Genie- thanks for that info. I did the measurement and I am 9 inches so my sag is not too bad. I think the plastic surgeon said I am almost a pseudo ptosis. So fingers crossed benelli is enough.

Thanks Fosse for a very helpful topic! I've never even thought about anything but a full anchor or lollipop lift until this minute!! I measured my nips last night and they are exactly 9"! I've got a consult tomorrow afternoon and I'm going to bring up getting a Benelli lift! Awesome!!

I love my Benelli. Idk if I was super saggy or not before but I'm perky and tight now! You might consider doing a couple of consults just to see how many different opinions you get.

I am going to add numbers are just numbers guidelines.. There are a lot of things that come into play when needing a lift... I was 19cm before my BA and my nips were above my crease... However a benelli would never work for me cause I have just loose skin.. benelli can work well if it is nipple height and small I mean small tighting.. Thats why you really need a consult in person.. Tissue and skin characteristics have alot to do it with..

I got a benelli and I am very happy with it. After nursing 3 kids my boobs were pretty droopy. It is amazing how high and perky they are now and I have no visable scars, that is the very best part.

I never took before pics so my befores are black and whites from my plastic surgeon copy machine. They are awful but you sure can tell they are the same boobs, just higher, tighter and fuller. DH has gotten so used the new girls he was like "wow" when I showed him my befores. He quickly added but I always liked your old boobs too. Smart man

Anyway I think part of my success was that I was not real big to begin with and got a smaller implant 285cc.....ended up witha 34D so no complaints there either. HTH
