Vacation after BA

Hi everyone. Just a wondering, i'm having my BA on Jan 21st 2010...We're going to Playa Del Carmen March 1 for 8 days. Do u think they'll look somewhat natural by that time?? I'm a small B now and hoping to be a full C...thanks for reading.

yeah, they should look "normal". i had mine at the end of april and was good for a bikini come early june. although they change a lot the 1st 6mo.

mine were unders too and started really high and square!

I will be there around the same time as you. I am going to cancun in 3 weeks and just had a revision. You will be totally fine. It takes about 5 weeks to have the incisions healed and you to get back to normal so that is plenty of time. Oooh its so nice to wear a bikini in a place like playa or cancun right after a BA. You can wear skimpy suits and nobody cares. Have a blast.

Hey there...i know i love it in Playa!! I love 5th avenue and all the great beaches. I've been there 4 times now..and envy all the women topless on the beach. March i will be one of those women being envied. So excited! Where are u staying in Cancun?? My husband andi went there for our Honeymoon. We stayed at the Royal. It was amzing!!

We stayed at the Royal. Thats where I am staying again in Nov and then again in March in playa. Its our favorite. I have been to playa 2 times so far. I have been to cancun well over 20 times in the past 4 yrs. I am addicted to the area, I vacation nowhere else. I love 5th ave. We like this place called Madre tierra and we just sit there and watch all the people. Oh gosh cannot wait to go back
As far as the topless women I totally know what you mean, problem is evertime I saw a topless woman she was like 60 or older hehe.

I loved the Royal in Cancun. More so than in Playa. The only problem was when we were there in July 2008, the beach was washing away. I find Playa to have way better beaches. We have a condo just off 5th Ave and 12th. it's kinda near Mommita's...have u been there?? It's a restaurant and beach club. The women there werent 60 and were totally HOT! I cant wait to go back either!!

We actually are staying at the Grand Mayan for a week and we planned on checking out Mamitas since the mayan has a crappy rocky beach. I was also thinking of the city beach club in cancun. If I go to either of the beach clubs I need to find a super hot bikini Good excuse to go shopping. Thanks for warning me on the hot chicks there, I got a single roommate who needs to meet some girls so maybe when we go we will check it out, its funny cuz I was just googling it an hour ago.

I really dont think I am gonna like the royal in playa, it does not look as nice, I actually had my BA in cancun and recovered at the royal cancun, I got pics in my albums of me in the bed and I loved the one in cancun, I am forever addicted when we dont go with the kids. I also LOVE Leblanc.

Did you rent the condo or do you own? I am looking at buying a house in the playacar area, they are super expensive but I think it may be worth it.

Your roomate is sure to to find some hotties there!! My husband and i went to the Playa Royal for the day(it was free just like the Cancun one). It wasnt as friendly at all!! The Cancun one was way cooler!! I cant believe u had a BA there..and recovering....AWESOME!!!
We own the condo in Playa...i love it..it's beautiful. 3bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, it's about 1700 sq ft. I love it!! You're giving me withdrawl talking about it. Not many ppl have been there...but once u go..u love it!
P.S Have fun shopping for ur sexy skimpy bikini!! That's the best.

I forgot to touch base on Playacar. We went there with our kids last July....and i love Playacar. The houses are gorgeous. And yes, very expensive. How much are u able to spend?

I dont know yet. We just bought our first here. My hubby is obviously willing to pay more for a house there than here because it is an investment because we can rent it. I was thinking 1-1.5 million range. I know they can go much higher. I was thinking we could rent it for the 10 months we would not be there. I dont know but that is why we are going on Nov 22nd, hoping to buy a house, I have a few picked out in that price range.

we stayed at the mayan and it has the MOST AMAZING pool you will ever see...i believe its the largest pool in all of south america.


hilary: i think you should be fine. just be careful of your stitches. i believe you're suppose to keep them out of the sun.

I stayed at the mayan in April. I loved the grounds, hated the walk, hated the damn pillows but loved havana moon and sitting right there next to the beach. The water sucked but thats ok I dont really go to the beach anyways. I cannot wait to be back, I seriously could cry from all the stress right now.

I went on vacation 21 days after my BA. Went to Cozumel and was wearing a bikini. I look at the pics now and can't believe how natural they looked even then. You will be fine!
