![]() I have to say Jamsmak made GREAT points. Something my plastic surgeon even said - you may not always acheive perfection. And then again perfection in whose eyes?! Its so true!!! Perhaps, I wouldnt fix them after all. . . Unless it was necessary because of pain? or something..

![]() | Do you have Mod's or Mod+ ??
I think you have Beautiful Breasts, except I do believe he disected the pockets a little low. (I wish that were my only problem). When did you have them done? You didnt mention what shape they were, Mod, Mod+, or HP's?? But otherwise they are just Beautiful. |

Just thinking out loud, not directed at anyone, or trying to be critical of anyone at all. That being said ferox, I think your breasts look great. If you want a different look and that look is attainable then go for what you need to do to make you happy. Be careful though that you don't get yourself caught in a cycle of redo and dissatisfaction trying for something that is out of reach or not sustainable. Good luck to you.

I have the EXACT problem. I posted it in the ask a plastic surgeon forum. He dissected my pocket about an inch or so lower than my natural crease, and now my nipples sit very high (falling out of all bras), and I feel like my torso seems so much shorter. When I lift my arms, my nips are ridiculously high, and my "natural" look turns into a "fake as hell" weird look. My nipples are practically on top of my boobs! It looks like I bottomed out equally on both sides, haha. The plastic surgeon on these forums (sorry, I forget which! Dr Kearney, maybe?) said that it's a tradeoff. If you want a natural slope with little tissue, then your nips might be too high. But I dislike the "fake" look. I HATE my nips being so high, but I don't know if it's worth the cost, surgery, and complications (and maybe more surgery) to correct them. What if the stitches don't hold, and I need another surgery, and what if with another surgery I get a hematoma or something? I'll wish I had left well-enough alone. What if after they're stitched up they have a slightly odd shape, or a couple of the stitches aren't quite perfect and feel funny? What if they look super fake? What if with the smaller space, I get more rippling? What if I regret changing them? Not to mention the fact that I went with transax to NOT have a scar on my breast, and now I'd be having another surgery, and getting a scar on my breast! My pics are public. I don't have one with both arms up, because my husband was taking the pics, and the angle he took them at made them seem not as bad as they are.

So your implant are almost a year old? Did this happen right away or did it take awhile?

Either way, your boobies are gorgeous. We all have our opinions but ultimately only YOU know what will make you truly happy. Rest assured though, that regardless of what you choose you already look AMAZING!

I agree with MASONS GIRL, you look great either way. I think everyone, well most everyone, is their own toughest critic. With that said, if it really bothers you and you think you'll be happier getting them redone then you should otherwise it will always be in the back of your mind that you're not totally happy with what you have.

Ha! I must do what you're doing in that photo about 6 times a day!! I definitely think the 'supported' boobie looks much, much better, absolutely, no questions I think either way you have good results, but I think you, like me, like the higher crease/bit of natural hang look - which in my opinion looks much more natural. I don't think the other boob looks "unnatural" per say, I just think it looks slightly overdissected at the bottom. It's so frustrating is it? I must have thought 1,000 times that if he'd *just* cut a little higher up, I'd be so much happier. Such is life I guess. I say go for it. Do you really want to live for the next 50 years or so looking at those boobs and feeling they could have been so much better. You have such beautiful skin by the way |

Blackviolet, I know I'm a broken record, but I wish you knew how gorgeous your boobs are. I am almost tempted to take a photo of them to my surgeon when I have my symmastia repair and say "make them like this" (please don't be weirded out by that!!!) But seriously, I covet your breasts, they are not low or weird and are FARRRRR from fake looking (not a fan personally). They are perfect. Who cares if the nipples are a bit higher when you lift your arms?? Unless you hang your laundry on the clothes line naked and your neighbour's watching, when will that be an issue???? I know it's all personal perception, but in this case your boobs are just so nice..!! (okay, aware of weirdness sounding again...) Apologies for hijacking this thread ![]() Quote:

I like the one that you are pushing up a bit a lot better. It looks more rounded and creates a nicer symmetry to your body. They way they are right now are good too, but they do look a bit ovalish and cover more of your ribs than the one that you're holding up with your hand. I actually wanted to ask you a question. Since it's obviously a problem with the pocket, will the doctor redo this for free? Or how to these things work? I mean I can understand having to pay if you want to go larger, but seems like things like this should be a free redo, right? |

I have the exact same problem! But my breasts were much more full on the bottom half BEFORE my surgery. And they are the same way now. It sucks, but I just look at it like I ended up with a more natural look. Just want you to know that you are not alone! I wouldn't risk another surgery. I think you look awesome!
