![]() | Which boob looks more natural to you? (pics)
Hi ladies, I've posted about my problem before (I think implants are too low and nipples are too high) but I went to my one-year appt today and my plastic surgeon brought out all my fears again! He says to make it look more natural (what I emphasized the most), 1) I should go smaller. 2) Stitch the pocket so my breast sits higher up. So I took a picture manually lifting one of my breasts up to the proper crease, what it was before my pocket was overdissected. This picture is now my album cover and it's a public album, so I was wondering if any of you could check it out for me? Which look do you like better? Thank you so much - I don't know what I would do without this website! |

I responded to your original post about your pics and the crease being low. I did think then that your crease was low and it was resulting in an odd shape. I don't want to influence you or push you to another surgery...... But being completely honest, your pic with your hand holding your breast up to were it should be and it looks beautiful. That is the perfect placement and shape. I don't know about downsizing because the shape of you holding it up looks gorgeous, but it that is what he has to do to give you the natural look that you want.... I have an odd shaped boob too. One that sits a little lower than the other. I'm sending a fr so you can see that you aren't the only one.

Thank you for your quick response! I honestly think I don't even know what a natural breast looks like anymore, which is why this decision is so hard! Plus I never know if my plastic surgeon just wants to sell me another surgery (jk, I trust him But thank you so much for your input - I feel like I'm going crazy here! |

I agree with the other ladies. I think you look great as is but if you're willing to go through another surgery you might be happier since you don't seem so happy with your current results. Good luck! |

I think if you've got the money, and you're willing to go through the 6-week+ healing process again, I'd go for it.

![]() | hello
my opinion: u look great now..but i honestly think your breast (the right u pushed up) looks alot better than the other side..it looks fuller, rounder (not fake tho) i actually have the same problem..my right side ruptured..so my doc has to make a pocket revision so it slopes naturally like my left side..i'm hoping hoping hoping i have enough money by march to do my redo! whatever decision u make i'm sure would be great..goodluck with everything |

I agree with what the other ladies have already said. If you think you will be happier with the shape of the one you pushed up then go through with it. Good luck!

I think you look more natural than the models posted. I think you look fantastic! Much more natural looking than I do. But I got some hp's and "natural" wasn't my main objective. But if you're not pleased then have a revision.

I'm with everyone else and think the boob you are holding up looks nicer. I know you probably don't want to go smaller but I'm guessing that the stitching to hold the implant up would be more likely to hold the smaller the implant is. If I were you, I'd probably go around and get a few different opinions as far as the likelihood that the repair to the crease will hold vs implant size. Take your time and don't rush into any decision. Wish you luck on whatever you decide.... either way I think you are gorgeous. |

I think you look beautiful, ok so they arent perfect, but whose boobs are? I would probably leave them as they are, but if you're unhappy then go for it!

I think they look great either way - and I agree with the other girls if you are willing to go through another surgery and recovery process go for it. I wouldn't go smaller though, they're beautiful!

![]() | I thought you were definitely beautiful before. However, now that you took that picture holding up the breast - that looks more natural, round and beautiful. I am hard on myself, and would probably go in for the redo. You defintiely keep what you have now and be beautiful. But yes, I think the one with you holding up the breast looks best IMO HTH! Good luck on your decision, no matter what it is - make sure its what you really want!

It's obvious you aren't happy with what they look like now, or you wouldn't be considering a redo. Personally, I say do what makes YOU happy. You are the one who has to live with them and it's your body. You have the right to be choosy! Like others have already mentioned a million times, you look great either way, but if a redo is what you want, I say go for it. |

I think your BA looks natural, are you getting overs if you have a redo? Which profile do you have? Quote:

![]() | JMO...I think if you have the redo with the same implants you will get the look of mods with your mod+. You can see a difference in the width of the implant when you are holding it versus the one you aren't holding. Mods may be too wide- you are tiny! Good luck!

Well, I think it is totally up to you! It depends on your unhappiness factor! If you hadnt mentioned anything, I wouldnt have noticed.. I was wondering... is the way your implants are sitting (too low) your plastic surgeon's fault? I mean, did he do something wrong, or is that where your natural pocket sits? Or did he dissect it too far down? I am probably not using the correct terminology here...

I have the same thing as you, one crease a bit lower and the nipple higher but that is something I do no plan on fiixing because stitching up a pocket is tough on the pocket. If I were you and I am in the same situation there is no way I would fix it. You will NEVER achieve perfection. I have come on this website and this may seem rude but its honest ok I have seen some not super great results on here and the women are totally happy with them and you know that is all the counts. I definately do not have super results but I will accept what I have got because my boobs before were just a mini version of the ones I have now.
