![]() | Here's my problem..
I can't decide between HP and Mod+.. Here is why... I want side boob and I am afraid of ending up with a ball kind of super fake look. On the other hand, unlike many women my issue isn't cleavage.. I naturally have that so if I go with Mod+ there is a chance my boobs will always be touching from cleavage even without a bra. And i dont know, I want a slight gap b/c that is what makes them look natural.. My plastic surgeon said if I was concerned about ALWAYS having touching cleavage without a bra to go with HP BUT I am still undecided!! I dont want to regret my decision if I end up with no side boob and boobs that don't look full! I have plenty of breast tissue I just want my breasts to look enhanced and significantly fuller! any suggestions?! Also my breasts sit a lot higher than anyone I have seen so I am afraid if I get HP they will look super high!!!

That's a tricky one. For me I went with the Mod+ because I thought it would give me a more natural look and I didn't want to be projecting outwards. Just the fullness like you are describing. I don't know about the cleavage part though!!! Guess that didn't apply to me when I got mine done. GL with your decision and I'm sure you'll find your answer...the girls here are amazing.

Hmm it kinda sounds like you could go either way, perhaps it just depends on what size. Lots of women here have HP and they don't look fake. If you already have cleavage maybe Mod+ would be better cuz they'd be better fitting to your chest? What size are you looking to be?

I have a similar issue. Currently, I have a 1/2inch gap between by breast. However, I already have a little side boob (I have a wide bwd but a small rib cage). I am going with the HPs that are actually under my BWD so that my breast don't end up touching and so I don't end up with too much side boob. The maiin reason my plastic surgeon decided on HPs is because my main concern is projection; lots of projection:-). You can get either HP or Mod+ in you bwd so as far as side boob and clevage it doesn't seem to make any difference which profile you choose. The only difference is how much you want you breast to project outwards. The HP will just give you a larger breast compared to a mod+ with the same bwd. I would think if you have high breasts than you would probably want to stick with the Mod+ so that you don't end up with an awkward shape. But, you plastic surgeon can lower your crease so that your breasts don't sit up so high. In that case you could go with either depending on how large you want your breasts to be. HTH |

I am looking to be full C/Small D but if I ended up a regular D i think that would be okay too... I guess my most major concern is I dont want my breasts to touch without a bra.. I want a slight gap and the bra to make them touch for me. some ladies like it when their breasts are always touching but that is a NO NO for me! lol With that being my biggest concern my plastic surgeon suggested HP bc of my breast shape and how high they sit I am going to end up with a lot of cleavage no matter what and HPs will give me the least. At the same note I am afraid of having two balls for boobs, you know? As of right now we decided on HP but i honestly still don't know! lol I love how mod+ makes boobs look so full!!!

yngscrooge: So exciting your BA is the day before mine!! How do you measure your BWD? I know my rib cage measurement but thats it. And I am with you on projection! i can pretty good cleavage as it is but then I turn to the side and it's like, "where you go boobies" lol. So i know I will get cleavage no matter what pf its the projection and fullness that I want. I am looking at getting 400Ccs also! b/c of my high breasts I was thinking about Mod+ but then the always touching boobs comes into play bc they give so much cleavage! ahh confused!!! lol I have a pre-BA pic in my album if you want to see!!! thanks so much!! <33

I went with HP's and I believe mine are still very natural looking, although they are only just over 3 weeks post op ![]() I had a pretty good shape to begin with and a small gap. I tossed up between mod + and HP for a few weeks and decided HP. I went the same width as the mod + ones I was looking at, just 1cm more projection ![]() good luck with your decision just had a look at your pre BA pics and your gap is similar to what mine was. Send an FR if you would like to see mine

Since your gap is small maybe it would be better to do the HP. The advantage of that is you can go bigger in cc's and yet not be so wide. It sounds like your plastic surgeon could maybe lower your crease on the one side and that would fix the "sitting high" situation. Plus the implants drop over time so they'll only look high in the beginning.

Are breasts are soooo similar. I see what you mean about them being a little high. They will still be high whether you go with the mod+ or HP. I would say lower the crease and go for the HPs. Since are BAs are around the same time and we what similar results it will be interesting to see how compare. :-) My plastic surgeon recommented overs for me. |

![]() | I was actually told by my plastic surgeon that HP are my best bet to get the fullness and projection I want. Since my right boob is slightly droopier than my left he has no problem putting in the HP plus he is going to slightly lower my right crease so the nipples match up a little better so I don't have to get a lift right now. |

I have a mod+ and a mod because of my body type butttt-- I have the best of both worlds I have 2 finger space inbetween and depending on the outfit and bra, I can do the fake round bolted on ball look or look natural.

![]() | Why Did You Pick Mod+ or HP.....
and what defines a narrow ribcage/bwd? Some women can have a narrow chest/ribcage, but still need diameter to fill bwd. I am just curious to know how women made the choice between the 2 profiles; in addition, is there a general rule of thumb (I know there are always exceptions) regarding measurements best suited to HP without looking too fake? Thanks for any input!

i have mod ones and i have alot of fullness in the front but not much side boob so i'm also thinking about high profiles but i don't want the fake look either.
