wow I would run from the 3900.00 save your $$ and see a reputable one
and the one complaint or whatever it was would be enough to turn me running not to mention - the miss arkanasas comment, unless she signed something letting him use her name publicly.

you know the old saying- you get what you pay for.
keep looking!

I think sometimes you definately get what you pay for. Getting a good deal shouldn't factor in when deciding on a PS. Your body and health are of huge importance. Get someone who you fully trust and feel confident with. Even if you have to wait six more months to be able to afford it. I know that stinks but you, and your health are soooo worth it.

I agree with everyone here. Say away from the cheap Doc. MY PS was more on the expensive side.... but I can't tell you how nice it is after spending so much time on this site having full confidence in my PS -- and even knowing that some complications you cant help no matter who you have -- he would be right there for me helping me make it right.

Having the surgery is stressful enough -- stressing the whole time about the competency of your surgeon would make it terrible. From reading what you have written and what others have written, you will constantly be questioning him -- that won't change---don't go there. Saving for a few extra months will definitely be worth it in the long run.

Hello Girls,

So I see your are in So. Cal, so am I. I also went with Dr. Pousti… As far as wanting to go with a larger implant, I agree. I started out with very small breasts. I was able to go with silicone 600cc, it brought me to a very nice 34DD, and I love them. As far as the other doctor that was throwing around Mrs. Arkansas information, very unprofessional, I’m sure she wouldn’t be to happy about it either. And for the price, I would question the quality of work. Is this doctor board certified? I know that Dr. Pousti is double board certified, I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for… so the quote may be higher than you expected, but you will get amazing results and in my opinion receive the best bedside manor from doctor & staff.. If you want to know more about my experience please message me…. Good luck with your search…..

Dr. Foster

I have also been considering Dr. Foster for my breast augmentation. I have done a lot of research online, and, in addition to English Girl, found a number of women on other forums who have had their BAs done by him. They have all been happy with the results. The only complaint I've seen is that his bedside manner can be a little abrupt, but he appears to be a real expert with larger implants.

I paid 3800 dollars for my silicones and my surgeon did a fine job, my only problem is my pocket healed before the implant dropped do I needed a revision so no I dont think you get what you pay for, many women on here who have paid 8k and up have had complications. But he sounds so unprofessional. Dr. Pousti told me I had to have breast reconstruction on my right breast and quoted me 14 k to fix it well it was a pocket that healed to quick and needed to be redissected so he made a mistake, it I were you I would fly over to Dr. Revis, I know its was out of the way but he is reasonably priced, works well with large implants and has done alot of breast augmentation's that look awesome. I am just saying even the most expensive PS make mistakes sometimes.
