***How Can A Doctor Say He can Make Me 800-1000cc's Without Measuring Me???

Hey There my JBI ladies!!!!
This website has been amazing for me!!!
Well as most of you guys may know I am interested in extra large implants..
if your wondering what I mean by extra large.
take a look at my album.. which is public..
I am currently I think an A cup.. I did breast fed my daughter for almost a year so my skin is stretchy, not tight.
Well I have been talking to 2 doctors.

Dr. Pousti (LOVE HIM).
I sent him my pictures and he said that I can go fairly large
and am a great candidate for large implants..

I sent him pictures of me and my "goal", and he said that to achieve my goal he would put in 800-1000cc's.
and he said that he would be able to fit them and he has fit larger implants in smaller girls.
He said he would go UNDER THE MUSCLE.

Now I really like the PRICE of Dr. lawrence but I sometimes wonder if he is more concerned about taking my money than my health. I asked him about the risks and complications and he said there wouldnt be any. I asked him about CC and he said CC only occurs on implants that are Overs...

NOW i KNOW THAT IS NOT TRUE!!!
and then he emails me and is like

p.s) We just did Miss Arkansas today and are sending her on a plane back to little rock tomorrow.

I dont know what to do. I have never meet either one so I dont want to go to one and not feel comfortable and it will be too late!!!

I know that many of you have gone to Dr. P...

The only thing is Dr.P is a little out of my price range..
I was expecting to pay like $5500???

so I would have to save for at least 6 months..
If i went with dr. lawrence I will be able to get them asap and have like a couple hundred left over to bring my mom up to take care of me, and some left over in case something goes wrong... (like 500 max though...)

I know that English Girl went to him for expanders and her first set of implants..
I just feel really confused...

I am so terrified of something bad happening..


I am so depressed I just want to cry..
I just want to find the right surgeon and be HAPPY WITH MY HUGE BOOBS!!!

Um first of all....him sending you an email saying that he just did Miss Arkansas's boobs is total breach of doctor-patient confidentiality. Sounds a little weird. And, not totally sure, but a doctor going 800-1000cc on the 1st breast augmentation when you are starting off with an A cup sounds a little weird also. I would DEF check it out thoroughly first before you make a decision!! HTH

Yeah it does sound a little weird.. thats why I dont know why he even told me that ...

its just a little frusterating because Im just scared Im not going to pick the right surgeon..
and I always used to get on people about how they researched for getting a car more than their plastic surgeon...
I dont know how much more to research him..
I wish I could talk to English Girl but have no way of contacting her!!!!
He is board certified. has 30+ years of experience.
has done over 20,000 breast augmentations...etc...

P.S) HE HAD ONE DISCIPLINARY ACTION TAKEN IN THE 80'S..
AND I ASKED HIM IF HE DID.. AND HE SAID THAT HE DIDNT AND I COULD EVEN CHECK THE STATE MEDICAL BOARD.. BUT I DID AND IT SAID HE DID THE PROBATION AND EVERYTHING..

Yeah...weird that he mentioned justing doing Miss Arkansas. That would totally turn me off. That's not right for a doctor to say something like that to a potential client. To me that sounds a little desperate but I dunno...
Maybe you should continue your hunter for the perfect surgeon.

Pleas don't go to a PS who says things like cc only occurs in girls with overs. I also don't like how he told you how he did a famous person. Reputable surgeons generally don't do that. Also it is a violation of privacy laws unless he told her he would give her a discount if he can disclose this information. You know the larger the implant the risk of more complications. I would go to someone who is honest instead of telling you what he thinks you want to hear. $3900 sounds so cheap for implants on the west coast. I would think extra large implants would cost quite a bit more.

Please go to Dr. P. He has so much experience with extra large implants. I know if is a lot of money, but I think your outcome will be worth it. If you don't go to Dr. P, find someone else. Please don't look for the cheap PS, though. I wish you luck. Keep me posted on what you decide.

I got my breast augmentation with Dr. Troy Andreasen- I'm a new patient with no kids or anything and he let me go to 500cc. It doesnt sound big, but some of the other docs were hesitant. If you are interested in a great breast augmentation for modest amount of money- call him. It was amazing. I haven't heard anything bad and if you go in he may work with you. Check everyone out and make some calls before you decide. Also Dr. Kinkaid was willing to go the biggest on me- Maybe he is your guy? He is in Inland empire/ San Diego. I hope this helps, good luck. And remember- you can always go bigger- but its harder to correct the problems of a bad or undercertified surgeon. Don't shortchange yourself because of cost. God Bless.

I hear alot of people go to him, and like him. I went to a consult with him, but he kind of ran through it. Didn't measure me, just looked. So that bothered me. Plus my friend went to him like back in July and got a bad infection in one boob, had them removed, and just had new one's put back in (for free of course) because something got cross contaminated during surgery......I'm sure its a once in a life time thing, but still.

oh yes!!!
well no I havent talked to him yet.. Im hoping he will be able to at least go with 600-700cc's. I will talk to him probably in the next two weeks or so. I have to get something in the mail, and then send it back. and then schedule a telephone consult!
I like in seattle WA area..
I am originally from So.Cal so that is why I am doing my surgery there..

Dr.Pousti may cost more, he IS in high demand, but let me say this. If the price sounds too good to be true, it probably is. $3900 is waaaay cheap for implants. It is your body and it'd be better to pay more for a reputable surgeon who is very experienced.

When I went to Pousti for a consult, his office had at least 3 patients waiting the whole time I was there. His staff was very sweet and professional, and so was he.

And not to say that the other surgeon is bad, but his price sounds too good to be true, and telling you about Mrs. Arkansas is very unprofessional.

And I don't know much about large implants, but I would think most surgeons would want you to work your way up to 800+cc, so your skin can stretch and such.

Go with Dr. Pousti if possible since you are in the west coast. I trust him 100% AS for the other PS... I just feel its kind of strange that his fee is quite low for California and for him to tell you that CC occurs for only overs.. Thats not true. Also for him to tell you that he did Miss Arkansas, even if its true or not he should not be telling you this. I believe he told you to impress you. Did you check out his work? You said Englishgirl went to him? Talk to her again. Between the both of them I would definately choose Dr. Pousti hands down. Also I personally think 800cc- 1000cc from a A cup for the 1st breast augmentation.. That is a tough call. I had a sufficient amount of breast tissue to begin with. I was a 36C/38B cup and 700cc was quite tight for me in the beginning. You know what go by what Dr. Pousti recommends bring that pic in and tell him thats what you want to look like.. Let him take it from there. 7500 is about right for the west coast. That price looks like Silicone. If it was saline it would be cheaper.. 5900 that was the price one year ago for saline. If you were on the east coast i would recommend my PS

I highly doubt that they will be able to fit in that size in round one.. Youll be lucky to get 500's . You are tuny. But Posti would be my recommendation. You do not waant multiple surgeries for complications and you need to check their policies on it..
Trust me 4 surg 3 years.. 23K in my chest..

first of all that is really disgusting that he told you about Miss Arkansas..i mean she is a patient and so if he is breaking his confidentiality agreement he is doing other things wrong too!!

Go to Dr. Pousti-he is more money but he sounds way more respectable..i have never known anyone to get a breast augmentation for 3900 but that is just me..and i live in so cal.....

I'm going to DR. david kim-i would go talk to him, hes in beverly hills....i dont know how he feels about big implants, but he will be honest with you...

Also, I know Dr. Corbin has done large implants and i think he does a great job too good luck girl..

That guy sounds shady-you don't want to have complications!

That is a total breach of HIPPA and he could be sued and lose his license. You can't tell what procedures or even IF you did a procedure on someone!! I would run from that guy!

Hi i also sent my pic to dr pousti he sent me a qute of 10,000 and im getting 800cc i finally found me a doctor name dr revis hes wonderful hes great with big boobs good luck
