Cleavage Definition?

I really wanted this look when I had my implants. I like how they look stuck on at the top. If you know what I mean.

I have HP's. Do you think I just need to lose some body fat to get that look? I am maybe 5 or so lbs fatter than her.

From what I know, usually overs give you that "fake look". Unders tend to be more natural. Plus, the more of your own breast tissue you have over the implant, the less the implant will stand out like that. If you lose fat in your boobs when you diet, the who knows, you probably will see more of the implant through the skin. I am 140 right now (had 3 kids, so it's harder to lose weight with each one) but I am finally getting my surgery done because I'm literally like 10 pounds away from reaching my goal. So for the most part, 5-10 pounds should not damage the results. I will be getting a benelli lift (less aggressive than what I should really be getting, like an anchor) so losing too much weight after my surgery will most likely make me saggy again...and I'd rather be perky and small, than saggy an big. So make sure to just do a lot of toning..That way you build up your muscle mass, which burns fat, and technically you will end up staying at the same weight, but with less fat on you. I'm sure even those extra 5 pounds could outline that upper pole better for you. But it sounds like you are already skinny, so try not to stress and just know that our bodies are different and even if we all went to the same doctor, had the same surgery, used the same size implant, we'd still end up looking different.

overs dont give you the "fake look". any implant you have will look "fake" if you lose a certain amount of weight.
when i had my overs done, my surgeon reminded me not to lose weight otherwise i'd get that tennis ball effect. but thats the same for all impants!
so ye if you waant that look, then lose weight.
xx

I think it's just how the surgeon makes the pocket & things like that. I really wouldn't recommended losing weight just to try to see if you can get that look bc you really don't know where the weight will come off from like what body part & you can also get rippling even if you have silicone when you lose weight I lost some when I was sick & I got rippling.
