 | How do I get the Fake look?
I definitely want the fake look. I want big fake looking but sexy boobs. I don't want them to look like balls slapped onto my chest. How do I get this? I am thinking I want unders..but I'm not sure. I'm afraid I wont get the fake look.. any opinions please? Thanks girlies

Hi! If you are about an A-cup pre-breast augmentation, then you should get the fake look with a 340 or over. I just had my 340's replaced with 520's and they looked fake with both, now even more with the 520's. If you put on a push-up bra and you are all implant (like me, I was a 34A pre-breast augmentation), they will look fake. Actually I think mine look fake even without a bra now...but I am still only 5 days post-op....Good luck with whatever you decide!

Take pics of what you want to the surgeon & tell him you want the fake look & he will do what he can do make it possible, bc it all depends on what you have preba, how the pockets are made & his technique,Big high profile implants doesn't automatically means you will get the fake look, & yes with unders you can achieve the fake look...just communicate & make sure you and the surgeon are in the same thinking & you will get what you want!!!
