Hi girls, I finally got the balls to not only take them, but to post them as well. My surgery is tomorrow. I'm still deciding between 450 or 500cc silicone unders. As you see on one of my pics, I do have some breast tissue so I don't want to go too big, but don't want to risk not having my upper pole filled out and get some nice cleavage. Any suggestions at this point will be GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thank you for all the support so far and I hope that everyone is doing good! P.S. Oh yeah, my right boob is a bit bigger, I hope the doctor will consider making them symmetrical with different size implants, if necessary.

| Good Luck tomorrow!! I have to say I am just slightly smaller than you 5'3 128lbs, and I have 450 unders. Personally I say definitely go for the 500's. Although I LOVE my size, I definitely could have gone to 500 no problem. So when in doubt go bigger, on your frame it will be PERFECT! FR me to see my pics if youd like.

I can't see your pics, but wanted to wish you the best of luck tomorrow. You're going to look great. I wish I went a little bigger, so I'm going to tell you to go with the 500cc, based on that alone, LOL
