What does it mean to have Not much Breast tissue?

I hear people talking about how they don't have that much breast tissue. What exactly does that mean? What part of a breast augmentation does it affect? I have always had 36 C's.. sept they went up to a big D after I had my daughter and now they are back down again. This stretched my boobs out. They have a few stretchmarks and the skin feels kinda thin.. does that mean I don't have alot of breast tissue? what does this all mean! As you can tell.. (even though I've been a member for a year) I am sooo new.. (i haven't been on in like a 10 months..)

Thumbs up

no breast tissue is like when your pretty much not even an A
it means your absolutley flat like a boy almost
or it can mean a very saggy boob, which is more skin than breast fat...aka breast tissue

hope it helps

look at my befores that is NO breast tissue...women that have B's have breast tissue or if you had an A then had a baby and went to a D and now your back down to a deflated A then that would mean they HAVE breast tissue... an example of little to none would be mine.
Hope this helps let me know if you need anything

Your a 36c so you have lots of tissue and the implant will be covered well. I was a 32B pre breast augmentation and can feel my implant very very well. Kinda sux I suppose.

tranner will become famous soon enough
Pre breast augmentation I was an A cup but I had a good amount of breast tissue, usually measured in the upper pole region, to get overs on average a PS needs to be able to "pinch an inch". I had enough for overs and can't feel any part of the implant.
