How to best achieve the fake look?

I was just wondering if someone could enlighten me on how to achieve a nice breast augmentation look? I like the upper pole fullness and the look like you have on an invisible bra when your naked if that makes sense LOL My doc is suggesting 350cc Unders Mod+ I have begun thinking of moving up to 400s possibly since we are going under but am TERRIFIED of sag..... Can someone help enlighten me?

I have read from some PSs to get the fake look you would need saline overs overfilled.

I think a wide implant, so the mod plus will probably give you a nice round look.
