Doctors Say Yes??? Plastic surgery financing?

I saw an add for there site and I cant figure out if they are a plastic surgery finance company, or a plastic surgery place that does plastic surgery, and helps finance it lol. I appreciate if you know anything about them thank you!!!!

I went through care credit at first and didn't get approved for the full amount, but then I went on surgeryloans.com and got approved for double what my surgery was.

Some doctors list their financing options on their websites too.

I'd definetly check with the plastic surgeon and see what they offer, because what if you get approve for financing and they don't accept that company. Also, most of the time if you checkout the doctor's website, they do list the finance company they accept.

DSY is...well, first of all, I didn't even know they were still around. A while back I heard they stopped giving loans b/c of the ecomony.

They "finance anyone." But there's plenty of catches and fees to their program. They pick your surgeon. They send you to a consult (where you find out who the surgeon is- weird, huh?) If you like PS, you move forward and get the surgery. They lay out the payments up front and the cost. For example, it was like $6k base price for my area...then they tell you if you want silicone or unders, it's more. Well, most people want one or the other, or both...so that "base price" is a bit misleading.

When it was all said and done, it was going to be close to $8500 for the surgery. IMO that is crazy- I can choose the best of the best surgeon and get exactly what I want for less than that! I don't even think that number took into account the interest, or the various "loan fees" they charge.

I don't know...one has to ask themselves, what's going on with these surgeons who have to participate in this kind of program? Can't find business any other way? Maybe they are good docs, IDK...but why not be able to pick your own PS? And why pay their salaries with a lifetime of fees?
