Initial results: bigger or smaller than final?

Those of you with unders - how did your final results compare size-wise to your original results? Please share your experience!

I'm on day two and I'm very swollen. More swollen than yesterday, and it seems like most of it is up high near my collarbone. (it's lovely.) What I'm wondering is if I'll end up smaller than this because the swelling will go down, or bigger than this because I'll drop and fluff? Or will I be the same size, but a different shape? I guess what I'm hoping is that I'll be this size (no smaller!) but a different shape.

I measured around my bust this morning and it was 37 inches, and it looks like each breast is around 9.5 inches. That part was hard to measure because I'm not supposed to take off this surgical bra yet. It would make me very happy to end up with those measurements after all is said and done.

I'm eager for replies, so thanks to anyone who responds!

I think mine are bigger than I thought they would be. My PS talked me into getting them a little bigger. I guess they will change shape mostly and the size up top will decrease as they drop? That's my take on it...

Hi there,

I'm now 2 1/2 weeks post op and although I was swollen initially I haven't lost any size as they seem to have dropped and fluffed. Once the muscle loses it's death grip on the implant the size seems to increase as the swelling reduces. The implant is then able to drop down.

I can't find my tape measure but originally with swelling I was 38" and think that I am pretty much the same now as I measure 32E/F in most bra's (OMG!!!)

I think I am the same size, just a different shape, the fullness is more round than square and swollen, and more at the bottom that the top. I have a nice tear drop look now does that make sense?

mine are the same size but a much better shape...ie they are round now not square like they were on day 2

Mine have gotten a little bigger, and definitely a much nicer shape! Square boobies are not very pretty. I'm liking the round look much better. I measured 9.5 in. at one week, when I got the tape off. I now measure a little over 10 in. Plus they are fitting into bras now, not just being covered up by the bra. And I'm still early. They could keep changing gradually over the next months. I hope they do NOT get bigger!

They just change completely..at least mine...at the beginning they were up there,and hard looking...now they are looser and i still have the upper pole fullness but not as obvious or as much.
I am a little bigger now...still early post-op (3 months) I may stay the same size..I don't know.

The way I understand it there is no way to tell how the final out come will be. Some gain, some lose, some stay the same. Somebody on here said that they lost a half a cup size around month 4. Somebody else said that they gained at month 6. So I'm guessing we won't know for sure for quite a while.
