Question about Complete Unders vs Partial - JustBreastImplants.com Forums - Breast Augmentation, Breast Implants, and Plastic Surgeons

Can you have complete unders without having the transaxiliary incision? Or is Partial unders the only way to go if not having the transaxiliary incision? TIA!!!

You know what my PS said today at my pre-op when I asked her if she did partial or complete unders? She said that the muscle comes at an angel so she didnt think anyone really did complete unders. Sorry this doesnt really help you but I just though of it.

I have unders w/crease incision. Don't know if I helped any, LOL.

I have unders and had the crease incision. The PS told me he was placing them completely under the muscle so that the implant can be massaged by the movement of the muscle. So I'm pretty sure he meant complete unders but at the time I didn't think to ask, I wasn't as educated as I am now (lol). Hope that helps...

Some PS's only do complete unders on reconstructive patients. It's true that you can't truly get an implant completely covered by the pecs though. Complete unders involve going under the connective tissues.

I have unders with the areola incision, but it all depends on your PS.
