Confused

I am so confused!!! Just when I thought I knew what I wanted.....I thought I researched everything. The more I read now, the more confused I am of my decision. Example. I wanted round, textured, cohesive gel overs. My doctor said that would best suit my body and lifestyle(weight train). And I thought so to. But now I've read that textured overs are more common to develope CC and rippling. What should I do??? HELP!!!

Why don't you post a poll asking women who have textured gel overs if they have ripples, or developed CC.

Bethmomof6 will become famous soon enough
I just wanted to say I agree it is SOOO hard to decide. If you totally trust your PS, I would go with that recommendation.

GOOD LUCK!!!

I know there is some degree of evidence (or speculation im not sure) about the above being higher chance of cc, but ive not heard about the rippling, i thought silicones were less prone to rippling...its a chance you take, as is most things in life...if thats what your ps advised, and you trust him, i would take it..

I have silicone text overs, and yes, i think about cc, but it doesnt rule my world...its a risk, just like most things in life...

Textured are more prone to develop cc because it's easier to grab something with texture than something smooth. And that is just what scar tissue is. I don't know about the rippling. My PS told me there is risk of rippling regardless of what type of implant and or placement. A risk we have to live with.
